This one was sooooo good. I did a quick stir-fry with avocado oil, spring onions, green garlic, salmon, cabbage, spinach, pesto, lemongrass and fresh ground pepper.  I put it on gluten free tortillas topped with organic pico de gallo,  avocado and a squeeze of fresh lime. It is so nice having all these organic veggies from @ranchopiccolo ! 😋😋😋

Kolkata is known to serve the best PHUCHKAS ever. Someone who has tasted the puchkas in Kolkata will not usually go back to any other siblings of phuchka i.e. golgappa/panipuri/paani ke batashe/patashi/gupchup etc etc. 
You will find a phuchkawala (vendor) at every nook and corner of the city and trust me, if you want to make money, you might as well would want to open your own stall for selling these little edible water bombs. The hollow shells are basically made with  semolina (or, sooji) and all purpose white flour (or, maida). A small hole is poked in these shells and filled with a mashed potato mixture which has every element of taste like sour, spicy, salty and slightly sweet! You'll often here the people directing the phuchka kaku - "Dada aro ektu jhaal din (Brother, add more chillies)"/Kaku nunn dao (Add more salt, uncle)/ or like @saritadey_18 always cries out to the phuchkawalah saying "Kaku tok hoyeni ekdom! Aro tetul jol dao (Uncle, this isn't at all sour! Add more tamarind water!)" And the kakus actually take the pain to customise as per every customer's wish. These stuffed crisp shells are then dunked in a spicy tamarind water and then popped straight into the mouth.😍 If you are lucky, you'll also get the meethi imli chutney (Sweet tamarind chutney) which i prefer more than the spicy water! So if you are in kolkata, you got to try the phuckas to fall in love with this city even more.❤

At TimiTraining we are totally committed to delivering results. As experts in fitness and healthy living, we always recommend our clients follow the following general guide:

1. Eat most of your carbohydrates by mid-afternoon.

2. Dinner should mainly be vegetables and protein.

3. Be careful with portions sizes. If you measure it with your plate:  a.  1/4 is protein  b.  1/2 vegetables  c.  1/4 left is your starches and fats.

4. A handful of nuts is a good snack and this helps with food cravings between meals.

5. Try to avoid having too much fat, such as full fat dairy products and fried food.

6. Eat in every 3 to 4 hours.

7. A cheat meal is allowed each week, but only if you cut all sugars the following day.

8. Make sure you drink 2 litres of water or herbal tea daily.

9. Alcohol - try to avoid beer and wine especially red, because these are high in sugar and yeast. A slightly healthier option would be prosecco, champagne or vodka.

10. I also attached a balanced food chart, using this will help to deliver results much quicker.

I made this delicious breakfast based on what I’ve learned from @bewellbykelly and her #fab4 meals. It’s includes:
Eggs (Protein & Fat)
Italian Sausage (Protein)
Cheese (Protein & Fat)

People say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. People, that’s not a fair statement. Truthfully, I think it can be the most important meal IF it results in certain things. Sometimes, breakfast isn’t good for you.
• • •
Breakfast can be bad for your health if:
1. You are eating because you’ve been told for years that you have to start your day with food, but you aren’t truly hungry (why are we eating if we aren’t hungry)
2. If your plate or bowl is filled with high sugar foods which spike your blood sugar and might possibly result in a sugar crash a few hours later, ultimately leaving you feeling hungry
3. You’re filling breakfast with processed foods which can be packed with unnecessary calories
4. If you’re not eating dense food which helps you be full and you are left feeling hungry soon after, which may result in a high calorie consumption for the day

Breakfast can be great for your health if:
1. The foods you’re choosing to eat help curb cravings and result in you not diving for chocolate, a donut or cookie, or sucking on candy later in the day
2. You are eating foods that are dense and filled with nutrition which help keep you full and not needing another meal in two hours or snacking
3. You are eating a breakfast with healthy fats which give you energy for your day
4. You are eating a breakfast that isn’t made up primarily of processed foods and most likely keep you filled and satisfied for longer
5. MOST IMPORTANTLY: breakfast can be the most important if you are choosing a well balanced meal to start your day which leads you to make and wanting healthier decisions all day long, aka it motivates you 🙌🏼

High school ended today, yet all I could think about for most of the day was how much food I ate late last night. I was so fudging hungry bc I tried to avoid eating dessert & ended up not being able to sleep cuz of hunger => “out of control” extreme-hunger-esque episodes! Keep “binging” ever since I started  trying to pursue more intuitive-style eating. Apparently this is normal + temporary & a logical result of extended periods of restriction, both physical AND mental (so it’s not limited to people who need to be weight-restored). Your body needs to learn to trust that you’ll feed it again- so it goes a little cray cray when there’s food and *gasp* you can eat! But in all honesty I’m so scared of gaining weight + feel so out of control. Been a lot of fun graduation events lately but I have to admit I haven’t liked being thrown out of my routine + get so nervous that I won’t be able to enjoy myself bc I’m worrying about how much I’ve eaten or will eat or should eat, how much sugar and calories 🤨 Just gotta fake it till u make it. Smile, talk to people, get 👏🏼 myself 👏🏼 going! 💚 But also take a step back. Remember how lucky I am for friends & food + trust that you’re doing the right thing. Putting the hill at the end of our road to good use this morning!
10 hill sprints achieved and back in the house in around 20 minutes. 
If you are someone who would like to increase/improve your health and fitness but don’t have time, maybe its a case of simply not making time, it doesn’t have to take endless hours in the gym. 
But i must admit the best part was coming home for this 😂 again made in under 5 minutes( i already had boiled eggs in the fridge) i do this sundays to save time and make sure i have things to make easy quick meals.
So todays breakfast is

Day 1 of a very busy week, it has started om such a random positive mood too, which, since i'm not a morning person really isnt normal 😂.

Driving lesson this morning which went really well then visited my Mom, she had my little brother who managed to get me into trouble for something I still have no idea of 😂, guess thats what little brothers are for!.

Had to get a load of shopping sorted, perscription sorted/collected and ring my gastro department, told them about not being able to get through yesterday without food, so they agreed that I can have a few days with less meals and slowly go from food onto Frotisips instead of the suddent change, sonof course we went to my partners Nans for dinner and had this.

We also brought a new TV!!! Its part Birthday present for my partner, its huge! We had a 32" Samsung Smart Flatscreen TV, but now we have a 49" 4K Samsung curved screen TV! 😍.

Tonights meeting also went really great, the evening has felt a lot longer than it actually was and I am exhausted like mad but it explained a lot about what the weekend and the rest of the week is going to look like and how its supposebly going to go.

I caved! I had to!, we went to the cinema this evening to see Deadpool 2 and I just felt so exhausted, crappy and shakey, I have literally been crashing all day so I had some nachos since they are nore friendly than the rest of the foods I could have.

So... today I had a Medium Costa Soya Salterd Caramel Frappucino! 🎉 other than the fear of the liquid calories, its also something I have NEVER tried before, as in never had a frappucino! But I did it, I also hate caramel but the last salted caramel thing I had tasted nothing like caramel so I thought I would try it!.

I could taste caramel but not as strong as I was expecting, I also think because it was cold it made a huge difference to the taste, I hate caramel in hot drinks!.

I cant believe I did it! I really cant!! Went back with my friend sk she could see the hamster and spent the evening in the garden until we went to the cinema, oh and also watching Greys on my phone.

So, I got a little off track last week with my workouts because I was just too exhausted.  So I started Phase 2 of Tai Cheng again today and it felt really good. 💪😁 However, last week I got in some great meals, like this one! And once I put it on the plate it looked like two big eyes, so I had to finish the picture with my carrots and apples. 😁.

I thought my week was getting off to a bad start, but it ended up getting off to a great start! 🌝
I was feeling really stressed and emotional last night, so my acid reflux symptoms kicked in, so I couldn’t fall asleep and woke up feeling exhausted and queasy 🤢😩 But then I worked out, which has been one of the most helpful things so far in relieving symptoms 🤸🏼‍♀️, and had such a great day at work- I was so ready to be back after having to take things slower last week- AND came home and made this delicious @halfbakedharvest quinoa lentil curry! It feels amazing to get to the end of a day on very little sleep, but have had it be a pretty painless day to get through 🙏🏼 I’m still focusing on relaxing and winding down this evening though so that I’m not so hyped up at bedtime. Now I know that it’s no big deal to get through the day while feeling exhausted, buuuuut I’d rather be able to sleep 😉 •

Went to look at more cars today, dont get me wrong the cars were gorgeous but way over priced but its nice to look at a wider selection of cars, different models, colours and styles!.

Went to my partners Nans for a couple of hours and I got to hold the bew baby, his new baby cousin, he is so gorgeous!!! I didnt want to let him go, everythings so tiny, his so tiny, its been almost 3 years since my youngest sibling was that small!.

Got back and had "dinner" it did feel a little crappy drinking a Fortisip while everyone else was eating a curry, I love rice, would happily sit and eat rice all day!.

My stomachs actually starting tk hurt really bad and my blood sugars arent holding at a stable level for that long, I really do thinj this happened way too sudden!.

Today has been pretty decent, havent been out tbe house much but did quite a bit in the house, got a lot of work sorted, room cleaned and washing done.

Alao went to adults, wasnt the most active of nights but it was nice to sit around a table and work in teams on stuff!.

I'm not ths biggest at participating because i'm an anxious as hell person but it was still nice to sit around in a team and watch what was going on and understand it all.

Not sure how well this liquid diet is actually going to go, I feel suddenly eating nothing at all and supplementing all meals with Fortisips is going to take a massive affect on my body!.

1. Eat most of your carbohydrates by mid-afternoon.

2. Dinner should mainly be vegetables and protein.

4. A handful of nuts is a good snack and this helps with food cravings between meals.

5. Try to avoid having too much fat, such as full fat dairy products and fried food.

6. Eat in every 3 to 4 hours.

7. A cheat meal is allowed each week, but only if you cut all sugars the following day.

8. Make sure you drink 2 litres of water or herbal tea daily.

9. Alcohol - try to avoid beer and wine especially red, because these are high in sugar and yeast. A slightly healthier option would be prosecco, champagne or vodka.
