What: crème brûlée (PKR 590), Chocolate Cake Slice (PKR 200/300) , coconut dusted prawns (PKR 600 something. I need not throw the receipts)
Where: District 6
I'll quickly go over the starter: the prawns were overcooked so they were rubbery. The coating on them was quite interesting. 4/10
Speaking of rubbery, I was looking forward to the crème brûlée. And omgs I could only remember THAT scene from Amélie (2001). My spoon taping and cracking the hardened burnt caramel to plunder the custard underneath. And the first mouthful was so good: rich and creamy and then suddenly, midway, the custard gave way to hardened clumps and at that time, I couldn't understand what it was because they certainly did not look like scrambled eggs but I was in a hurry and didn't get a chance to ask. Later, I checked their menu again at home and the name of the dish is Croissant Crème Brûlée with soaked croissants. If those clumps were really pieces of a croissant, thennn...it was a strange decision to put it there. 6/10
The chocolate cake was very good. It was also very rich and moist. A great choice! 8/10
I haven't done a food review in ages because I haven't been eating out. But here is one! I've been forced out of my cave of hibernation.
What: Fish Tacos (PKR 855), Chicken Fajitas (PKR 600 something)
Where: District 6
They have a beautiful restaurant; plenty of natural light and soft accents. The complimentary starter is cheese bread. I ordered the Fish Tacos in like 5 seconds which is a record since I usually take 10000 hours to decide.
Both plates looked wonderful. Mine was battered cod with sour cream, pico de gallo, sriracha mayo, cabbage & lime. There was a curious little bowl of cheetos corn next to the tacos (which made little sense to me?) I liked the tacos. The fish was crunchy, the mayo added heat and the cabbage some freshness. Solid dish. (although I'd prefer something else instead of the bizzare Cheetos corn since it did nothing for the fish) 8/10
The Fajitas on the other hand... I like how you can make you own DIY wraps with this but the chicken was so boring. So forgettable that I'll forget about it once I'm done with this post. There were no pops of interesting flavors or anything... 4/10
The servers were very nice. The prices are high. Their menu is limited but they offer something different to the Alfredo Pasta/Fish and Chips etc type typical menus. Unfortunately innovation is not easy, and creativity is more than just serving French bread with Nihari (which I believe is currently being offered by a local restaurant).
Anyway, go for the fish tacos and the beautiful vibezzz.

I had been looking forward to try their Hi Tea platter for a long time and now I can say that I enjoyed every bit of it. 😍😍😍 Where: @baauzcafe 🍽️ The platter was for 2 persons and menu was consists of: 🍴
Pizza: (4.5/5) 🍕
Chicken Shashlik: (4/5)🍢
Club Sandwich: (4.5)
Hand breaded Chicken Tender: (5)
Stuffed green chillis: (4.5)
Four types of Desserts: (5/5) 🍰
Tea: 4/5 (it was an option to choose between tea, coffee or green tea, I chose tea) ☕️
The platter was sufficient for two persons and it was served hot. I wasn't expecting something really good at Hi tea because I never had such experience where you can enjoy eating everything 👍on the Hi tea menu. The items tasted reasonably good. 👌👌
Ambiance: 9.5/10 ✨🎆
(It was really good and I will make you feel better)
Service: 10/10 (attentive and courteous staff)🍽️ Price: 1195 for platter which is really economical 🎫🎫
Overall experience: 9.5/10
I would highly recommend their hi-tea to you guys and because its better than many other options we have in terms of food quality and price. I am definitely going their again. 💃💃

The place has recently opened in Islamabad. I couldn't resist the hype so I planned to try it out as soon as I can.🙈🙈🙈
I visited "Wild Wings" on Sunday and I was expecting it to be crowded as I heard that you have to wait till you get your table. But thank God it wasn't crowded at all!
Coming to the food now! On a friend's recommendation I ordered traditional (breaded) "Smokey Ranch" and "Changs Special". A friend of mine asked waiter to suggest some spicy pasta and he suggested "Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta" which wasn't spicy as at all but wasn't bad either. However I LOVEDD the wings specially "Changs Special" and sauce! The wings were flavored nicely and they were juicy. 😍😍😍
Ambiance: 10/10 They have this wide spacious sitting area with a really good interior and walls are decorated from TV screens with sports on it . This might be the new favorite place for sport fans. Everything was on point👌👌
Service: 6/10 The service needs to be attentive and fast, it was kind of slow and as I mentioned earlier it wasn't crowded so there was no definite reason for being slow. I hope they get better. 😒
Bill: Bill was around PKR 1800 ( 2 flavored wings, pasta and drinks)
Oh well, I forgot to mention that they give us these gloves (swipe to see) to eat wings without getting our hands dirty. (THANK GOD) 💃💃
My overall experience was good and it is kind of a cool place to hang out with friends. I am definitely going again and now my target is to try rest of the 16 flavors of wings so wish me luck! 🙈🙈 Recommended ofcourse. 🙈😬😬
