Awalnya memang doyan makan, doyan moto makanan.
Puji Tuhan makin kesini makin ngeksis, ecieee, hahaha...

This tenkomori tonkotsu ramen is not so bad and not so good. Very affordable ramen at a very accessible place near Sydney Townhall. The pork broth is lacking a bit of lustre. The shallots blended well with it though. The noodles has the perfect texture and temperature. The tamago as you can see from its colour is well flavoured. I made an extra order thinking there was no tamago in it and ended up with 3 halves. The chasu is a big slice of disappointment. No fireworks there. The fungi is a bit dull and is about to lose its crunchiness. Again, not that bad but not that good.
Portobello baked egg today 🤗 The same combo I eat every day but with a twist 😋 Felt pretty fancy with this switch 💃🏼 I’ve made these once before but I forgot how amazing they are 😍 Idk if they’re super practical for breakfast because they take about 20 mins to bake (and I like my breakfast ready ASAP 😂) but for a lunch/dinner when you’ve got more time or if you’re not like me and actually patient for breakfast, they are soooo good!! I had portobello mushrooms I wanted to use up so I pinterested (idk if that’s a word but I’m going with it 😜) ways to use them 💯 I’ve always got eggs on hand so this was my obvious choice 😎 I cut and cleaned the portobellos, sprinkled them with pink Himalayan salt, and drizzle some olive oil on them. Then I cracked the eggs in and baked at 400 for about 18 mins 👌🏻 Seriously so good!! Got a walk in with a friend this afternoon 🚶🏼♀️ after my nieces and nephew left! Hope you all had a wonderful Friday and happy weekend!! ❤️ ——————————————————————— #lunch details 👉🏻 2 eggs baked in portobello mushrooms (explained how to make up above) + 1/2 avocado with red pepper flakes + baked sweet potato (400F for 45 mins then turn oven off and leave in for 45 more) + roasted peppers + zucchini cooked in olive oil on my cast iron grill 💕
Going to miss all the #jerkchicken and #jerkpork 🍖🥩 .
This is THE best place in town for #bbq , only $12 for a huge pile of meat, steamed cabbage and/or Mac and cheese. 🧀 .
I always give extra because it's such good value and Sonia is a sweetheart! ♡ .
The pepper sauce will kill you later on, but it's WORTH IT 🌶🌶🌶
Grilled chicken drumsticks! Charred on the outside and were super juicy inside. Marinated in malwani masala, dahi, mint and salt. Except for the marination time took hardly 15-20 minutes. Dahi tenderises the meat and the spice mix penetrates inside the gashes on the chicken legs only if marinated for atleast 2 hours. Malwani masala is my go-to when it comes to easy meat dishes. It has almost everything as garam masala with a little bit hit of the 'Suki lal mirchi'. So this was today's lunch! ;) served with some carrot, cucumber raita on the side and a wedge of lemon. :D
