Today, none of us question the correlation between digestive disorders and the food we consume. FODMAPs – small carbohydrates in certain foods – are thought to be responsible for a lot of gastric disorders like bloating, cramping, diarrhea, nausea, constipation,  to name a few. There are many new case studies suggesting that avoiding them may help with several other chronic health conditions. 
A low FODMAP diet, or FODMAP elimination diet, refers to a temporary eating pattern that has a very low amount of food compounds called FODMAPs.  The acronym stands for a variety of carbohydrates that can cause irritation to the digestive tract. Skip dairy products, sugar alcohols and legumes legumes.  When following diets it’s always important to avoid processed foods, saturated fats, trans fats and HFCS.

Pad Thai noodles and shrimp with a homemade peanut sauce. Ready in 20 minutes!
RECIPE//Cook Pad Thai noodles according to package. Add cooked shrimp to pan (or cook if raw) add noodles on top of shrimp and add sauce. Mix and stir. (Do cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce). SAUCE:
2 TBSP peanut butter
1 TBSP maple syrup
1 TBSP rice wine vinegar
1 cup broth
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup tamari
Few shakes of chili pepper flakes
MIX ALL TOGETHER

Taking inspo from one of my faves @whitneyysimmons making some yogurt bark 🌳🤗 I mixed two tubs of @yoproau vanilla yogurt with two tablespoons of maple syrup, spread it on a small tray lined with baking paper, sprinkled with some @iquitsugar granola and some frozen blueberries ☃️❄️ it’s now in the freezer! Will show you guys how it turns out when I break it up tomorrow ⭐️
