Looking to start or deepen your yoga practice? Try our fusion class! Inspired by the traditional hot yoga series, this class is gently heated (not hot), allowing for deeper opening within the body. Elements of flow are included with the twenty-six asana series, which is designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in a specific order. This is a slower paced, alignment based class that is both challenging and restorative, and accessible to all levels. ✌🏼💗💪🏼
The benefits of a regular yoga practice are endless; yoga is a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual practice, that encourages us to live in the present moment. When we step onto our mat, it's an opportunity to unplug- to focus on our bodies, our breath, our life, in the now.
