BREAKFAST PIZZA made on HOMEMADE CHICKPEA-SWEET POTATO CRUST! I made this yummy 😋 crust last night with GOLDEN MILK SPICES, chickpeas, sweet potato & eggs. That's it! 🙃This morning I used it to make a delicious breakfast flavored pizza! Yummerz! 🙌🏻✨Also, this is a great, easy crust for gluten free diets!

I combined 10 ounces chick peas, 1 cup colorful sweet potatoes @stahlbushislandfarms , 2 organic brown eggs @wholefoods , 1/2 teaspoon each -turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, & coconut flour @nutiva 
Blend 🌪in food processor.
Press into pie crusts on parchment paper on cookie sheet and cook at 370 for 18-22 min. Let cool 😎 spread on baked, chilled purple sweet potato for spread! Top with pecans, mulberries @sunfood goji berries @natierrasuperfoods , cocoa nibs, blueberries, ezekiel cereal @foodforlifebaking , bananas, drizzle of almond butter @onceagainnutbutter and more cinnamon @simplyorganicfoods

1 cup almond flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp honey
1 overripe banana, mashed
For cinnamon swirl-
2 heaping tablespoons cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a muffin tin
2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix together
3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, coconut oil, honey, and mashed banana
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
5. Fill 9 muffin tins with batter and top with a tsp of the cinnamon swirl mixture. Use a toothpick to swirl it around
6. Bake for 18-20 min
7. Let cool before removing

Flourless Banana & Carob Chip Loaves 
Makes 6 mini loaves or large muffins....................................
🐝
✅ Gluten-Free
✅ Dairy-Free
✅ Deliciously Moist
✅ Full of Good Stuff!

Mix the following in your food processor or electric mixer:
3 mashed over-ripe bananas
2 cups almond meal (for #nutfree substitute for sunflower seed meal)
1 cup quinoa flakes or quinoa flour
1/4 cup coconut oil 
1/4 cup maple syrup (or #fructosefree rice syrup)
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt (if dairy is not a problem for you, feel free to substitute for unsweetened plain or Greek yoghurt)
2 whisked eggs
1 teaspoon organic vanilla essence 
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
🐝
Once everything is mixed, fold through:
1/4 cup carob buttons/chips (you can use dark chocolate if you’d prefer)
🐝
Bake at 180 degrees (pre-heated) for 15-18 minutes, until cooked through.

Banana and almond butter muffins. These are flourless, dairy free and ridiculously simple to make! The ingredients are: 3 mashed bananas, 3 eggs, 1 cup of almond butter, heaped tablespoon of brown sugar or honey, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon and 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Y hay tantas formas de consumirla!! Como pudding en la mañana con leche , agua o yogurt; para la preparación de galletas de avena o simplemente reemplazando el harina blanca refinada por harina de avena. Sólo usa tu procesadora de alimentos y obtendrás esta harina mucho más sana y baja en azúcares.

Te dejamos esta receta fácil de galletas de avena que demora solo 20 minutos.
- 3 tazas de avena
- 1 taza azúcar de caña o mascabado (o a gusto) también puedes usar miel si prefieres 🐝 - 1 huevo
- 1/2  taza de aceite de coco
- canela a gusto
(Si quieres puedes reemplazar el huevo por pure de manzana o puré de plátano)

Mezcla todos los ingredientes secos, luego agrega el huevo y el aceite de coco. Te debería quedar una mezcla semi seca pero posible de unir con las manos. Crear galletas redondas de tamaño a gusto y meter al horno por 15 minutos a 180 grados.

I’m so excited to share this recipe for NO-BAKE RAW BLUEBERRY CRUSTLESS “CHEESECAKES” I could hardly contain myself 🤸🏻‍♀️ and I put the word cheesecake in quotes because it’s super creamy like a cheesecake but doesn’t have any cheese or dairy at all! The creaminess comes from a combo of soaked raw cashews (rich source of protein, healthy fats and other nutrients) and @ripplefoods nutritious pea milk (coconut milk also makes a great alternative but didn’t have it on hand). Recipe inspired by @minimalistbaker and is totally vegan with only 7 ingredients+ in a blender.  Here’s the easy peasy recipe:
🔹1/3 cup pure maple syrup
🔹1/3 cup coconut oil
🔹1.5 cups raw cashews, quick soaked**
🔹1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🔹1/2 cup @ripplefoods pea milk (I used unsweetened vanilla) or coconut milk 🔹juice of 1 lemon 🔹1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries **to do a quick soak, simply pour boiling water over the cashews and let them soak for 1.5 hours and drain). _________
Directions: 
1. line a muffin tin with liners (I use @ifyoucare_usa muffin liners, nothing sticks to them and environmentally-friendly 🌎 🙌). 2. Add soaked cashews and all other ingredients to a blender except for blueberries and blend until smooth. 
3. Add in blueberries and blend until smooth and color changes to blue. 
4. Pour batter into muffin liners about 3/4 full. Cover and place in the freezer to set, about 4-5 hours). Enjoy!!! You can eat these straight from the 
freezer and it seriously tastes like ice cream!! 🍦Or thaw in the fridge.  I got a little fancy here with my fresh strawberry sauce 🍓(simply frozen strawberries + lil water over medium heat until sauce thickens, no added sugar) but it’s totally optional! And blueberry is great but I’ll be making these again with other mix-ins.  plain is pretty darn awesome too 😋 have the BEST day everyone! 💚💜💛🧡💙❤️

Ingredients for crust:
1 lb ground chicken
1 large egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella, part skim

1. Preheat oven to 400F and lightly grease a pizza pan with coconut oil
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well
3. Place crust mixture onto prepared pan and spread evenly (using your hands)
4. Bake for 15-20 min
5. Remove from oven and place toppings of choice onto crust
6. Bake for an additional 10 min, or until cheese is melted
7. Enjoy!

Mısır vs ~~ nohutları robottan çekin ve bütün taban malzemesini elle karıştırın. Yağlı kağıt serili tepsiye yayın. Önceden ısınmış 180 derecede 6 dk kadar önden pişirin. Sonra sos, kaşar ve malzemeleri koyun. 10 dk kadar bi daha pişirin. AFİYET OLSUN 😊 In English 👇

2 glasses of oatmeal
1 glass of boiled chickpeas
1 egg
5 spoons of water (or more)
1/2 glass of grated cheddar
1 clove of garlic
Salt, blackpepper, thyme
SAUCE: Tomatoe paste with water
TOP: cheddar, sausage, mushrooms, corn... ~~ Mash the boiled chickpeas and knead the all ingredients for bottom. Flatten the dough on the bakingsheet. Bake it in the preheated oven in 180 degrees for 6 mins. Then add the sauce and other ingredients and bake ten more mins.
