Time to Feed the Booty with Atlas Nutrition 🌎🏆👊🏼
My camera man or should I say camera woman @kindlycarved wasn’t around but I found a backup to help me capture this awesome exercise.. I’m sure you may have heard it called something else, but when I was in college we called these #SpaceSquats 🚀🛸🛰 and boyyyyy.. they hurt soooo good in the hip/glute department 😊
If you have never done these before, start with just the bar. Part of getting this exercise right is being able to control the weight with your foot.
Speaking of which, to have maximum control, make sure to put the bar in the center of your feet. This way, once you get used to the sensation, all you have to do is hinge your feet forwards or backwards (depending on the positioning of the Smith Machine you’re using)

It’s no secret that my favorite lift is the #deadlift .
My goal is to join the 500 lb. deadlift club before the end of the year. Today I worked on deficit #deadlifts .
Here’s my last successful attempt at 455 lbs. sorry about the crappy video, it was sort of an afterthought.
The last few days were pretty rough, but yesterday morning things started turning around. I COULD NOT have asked for a better end to my week. #500lbdeadlift club here I come. #flexfriday#friday
