mornings are still a struggle. there are moments when i’m sooo done with it. i just keep having to scrub/scratch off the tight, dry layer of skin before i can do/go anything/anywhere. plus my face has got this strange color sometimes (looks like i have a weird tan or something, lol). but yeah, i guess i’m almost done, most of the flaking during the day + redness has passed, and the new layer of skin gets healthier bit by bit. ok end of rant, time to be thankful (and patient) 😄

Red and flaky today, also kind of swollen in the face but not itchy. Sigh. We had a mini celebration for my partner's parents anniversary so...ate food not from diet 😧 but it was a good dinner. Time to get back on track..ugh staying in bed today.
