As many of my 1:1 clients know, I’ve always liked adding in a top sets whether it’s RPE 6 or 9 prior to work sets just to stay familiar with heavier weight along with dialing in technically efficiency at higher intensities (regardless of training phase). This will also be a staple in the training provided on the #PWRBLD membership daily workouts for Powerlifting. Which is 1 of the 3 options you’ll have each day Monday-Friday. for more info!

Back in the days (like 15 months ago) when Snapchat videos were only 10 seconds long. Still slowly but surely working my way back up to this lower body strength. The beauty of forced time off is that the size of a muscle can be well maintained with significant duration of homeostasis (commonly referred to as "muscle memory"). But with little to no stimulus for extended periods, the muscle is also more likely to grow when stimulus is added again. Moral of the story: be patient, take time off, training is irrelevant without recovery.
Shoulder Boulders! Had a fire workout with @jta_grind 🔥💪🏻 1. 3 rounds: Lateral Raises for 1 min.
2. 3 rounds: Seated Press for 1 min.
3. 3 rounds: DB Front Raises for 1 min.
4. Seated Rear Delt Fly (3 x 12 reps)

Just because you cant be 100% on point with your fitness or business or whatever goals doesn’t mean that you’re not making any progress at all! Consistency is KEY to success. On today’s menu I just moved some weight back and forth. Which was a lot harder than I thought I would be the day following those deadlifts. I did it though. And by the end I look like I peed my pants I was so sweaty 😬🤷🏻♀️💀 I like conditioning. Way better than normal cardio.
