1. Take it outside - take advantage of the warmer temps and longer days with an outdoor workout.
2. Sign up for a race - 5K, 10K, triathlon, obstacle race, there’s endless options to choose from!
3. Mix up your equipment - if you usually go straight for the machines, switch it up! Try out free weights, TRX, and kettlebells.
4. Take a class/lesson - group fitness classes or lessons can be motivation and help you brush up in your form.

Top left taken before any treatments with Skin Artistry- here you can visibility see the pink hue left behind from the previous tattoo. This discolouration occurs due to iron- oxide being present in the ink (roughly 2 years old).
Top right- this is a HEALED tattoo 8 weeks after the initial treatment with Skin Artistry, the pink has been neutralised with a new shape to better frame the face, colour has held very well!
The bottom photo was taken after the 8 week touch up- I wanted to go slightly thicker with the shape, we have purposely left the pink at the start of the brow in hopes it will eventually fade naturally. We did not cover this part as the brows were not tattooed symmetrically by the previous artist. Isn’t it amazing the difference a beautiful set of brows can make💕

I've been wearing my Slendertone Connect Abs around the house, while watching TV, doing houseworks and even playing with my kitten. 🐈
Training abs has never been so simple and effortless. I put my Slendertone belt on and select the program in the app. Without any exercise I can see some improvement in my muscles! 💪

The body and the mind experience boredom 🤔 when a workout routine has worn out its welcome. If you are experiencing any of the following, it may be time to make a change:
You no longer feel a sense of joy from your workout. -
You stop seeing results or are no longer making progress.
You find yourself watching the clock instead of your form. 🕢
You don’t feel energized when it’s over.
You feel unusually fatigued.
If you are experiencing any of these things, there are ways that you can shake it up and refresh your workout.
Try working out outside🚴🏿♂️. Sign up for a race 🏃 or some activity with a deadline. Get up early! Try a new type of activity 🏋️♀️💃🏼. New workout clothes 🎽or equipment 🏄🏽♂️. Try a new class. Take a lesson to learn a new sport such as tennis or golf 🏌🏻♀️🎾.
Whatever changes you choose, prioritize with joy!😊. If it feels like torture, don’t do it. Keep trying until you find something you enjoy and can be consistent with! 😄😄😄

Everyone has those days where you really beat yourself up and desire change quick quick quick. We lose the big picture... the big picture is that we ALL make MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS in different parts of our journey but don’t notice it. It’s like going on a hike... when you look ahead and think about how you will ever get to your destination but when you take a peak back and realize you have climbed so many tiny milestones that the journey ahead becomes more beautiful and more worth it. In simple words BE PROUD of YOURSELF YOUR BODY and YOUR JOURNEY #KeepKillingItBaby ♥️💪🏽
✨✨ I’ve been in Arizona for a couple days now. I went to the grocery store yesterday and got a TON of food. My goal is to only eat out once or twice during this process. I will be here for about 2 and a half months, and it is already proving difficult! People want to go out, or you want to get out of the apartment. But yesterday, I made myself dinner on my break and today I am going to eat the leftovers!! ITS GOING TO BE GREAT! (She keeps telling herself). .
The other element that I want to work on while I’m here, is working out consistently. I want to find a class or a gym that I like! So if you are in the Phoenix area and you have a fitness routine that you love... let me know! Happy to be back in the desert! 🌵🌞✨✨

Hold it right there, gym rat! As important as it is to stretch and cool down your muscles after exercising, it’s just as essential to treat your post-workout skin. During exercise, bacteria and oil accumulate, and sweat is released to keep your body cool. Allowing these to stay on your skin will you make you more likely to break out. Cleanse that skin ASAP! If a sink isn’t accessible where you workout, keep a pack of facial cleansing wipes or a no-rinse cleanser in your gym bag to keep that skin as healthy as your body 💪🧖♀️🌸
Got in a little up north leg workout with Chip to start our summer (week long) break. May take 15 years but I’m going to will these chicken legs into tree trunks. Finished up with a little bag work in case a bear happens to cross our path on the river 🐻 🎣 . •
