I loved the whole process from choreography, music selection, learning new skills, costumes and hair pieces! Las Vegas was always the best place to scope out costumes and hair pieces. Last month I finally went through my storage and threw out costumes, extra material, props and rhinestones. 😰

So I don’t actually know how to run run, wait lemme explain. - like those people that ll run all through and all! That’s not me! It takes me 7-8mins to complete 1km that’s me pacing as fast as I can o! Anyways I decided I needed to make it more challenging since I can’t get myself to run run. I added weights, they re actually ankle weights I use for my booty routines but a girl got to improvise (I hate holding anything while on my run) so I just strap them on my wrist!!!
My arms ll thank me for this new step that’s for sure.
You don’t have to be as fast as Funke, it’s your race, run it as you want. I do interval runs better, and when I’m running in a group I try to keep up with the fastest person, or create my one pacers click!

Here are 3 photos-
Top left taken before any treatments with Skin Artistry- here you can visibility see the pink hue left behind from the previous tattoo. This discolouration occurs due to iron- oxide being present in the ink (roughly 2 years old).
Top right- this is a HEALED tattoo 8 weeks after the initial treatment with Skin Artistry, the pink has been neutralised with a new shape to better frame the face, colour has held very well!

The bottom photo was taken after the 8 week touch up- I wanted to go slightly thicker with the shape, we have purposely left the pink at the start of the brow in hopes it will eventually fade naturally. We did not cover this part as the brows were not tattooed symmetrically by the previous artist. Isn’t it amazing the difference a beautiful set of brows can make💕

Everyone has those days where you really beat yourself up and desire change quick quick quick. We lose the big picture... the big picture is that we ALL make MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS in different parts of our journey but don’t notice it. It’s like going on a hike... when you look ahead and think about how you will ever get to your destination but when you take a peak back and realize you have climbed so many tiny milestones that the journey ahead  becomes more beautiful and more worth it. In simple words BE PROUD of YOURSELF YOUR BODY and YOUR JOURNEY #KeepKillingItBaby ♥️💪🏽

I have been way too sporadic with my gym workouts with travel, work and life commitments but I feel so much better when I get in a couple of her workouts a week. I am working up to do all of them but for now love to use hers for weights and resistance, and then I throw in tennis, cardio a few times a week and foam rolling to loosen my muscles.

✨✨ I’ve been in Arizona for a couple days now. I went to the grocery store yesterday and got a TON of food. My goal is to only eat out once or twice during this process. I will be here for about 2 and a half months, and it is already proving difficult! People want to go out, or you want to get out of the apartment.
