Comfort food breakfast today because I’m feeling sorry for myself after the new hairdresser I went to yesterday ruined my hair (💁🏼‍♀️➡️🙎🏻‍♀️😭)

I made two pancakes but I ate the first whilst the second one cooked 🙊

Ingredients:
60g cream cheese
2 eggs 
1 heaped tbsp granulated sweetener (I have a sweet tooth)
1 heaped tsp vanilla protein powder 
A sprinkling of cinnamon
.
To make:
Blitz all ingredients together (I used a hand blender but you can use anything)
Fry on a medium heat (I fried in butter)

I topped with @myproteinuk Sugar Free Syrup. I’d usually add bacon but I don’t have any 🤷🏼‍♀️

У них большой выбор вкусов🤤🤤🤤 ✅BCAA невероятно вкусные, с приятным запахом и с максимально действенной работой!!!! Я очень явно чувствую их активизацию во время тренировок и после них!!! Заходя в раздевалку, я чувствую бодрость и прилив сил, а не вялость, апатию😞 и лень!!!
У меня два вкуса - Вишня🍒(сладкая и нежная) и персик🍑(насыщенный). Protein от @musclecraft_nutrition так же очень понравился мне своим вкусом, хотя я очень боялась, что яблоко даст горечь или кислоту! Наоборот очень приятный и легкий вкус яблока. Отмечу, что даже когда развожу протеин на воде💧он не меняет вкусовые показатели!!! Это очень важно😱

Так же у меня есть такие добавки от @musclecraft_nutrition , как : Омега 3(которая необходима каждому человеку, в независимости спортсмен он или нет), Кальций💪🏻 и мультивитаминный комплекс для поддержания иммунитета !!! Mi gran reflexión y en lo que más estoy trabajando últimamente, si llevas una vida saludable se feliz y no pasa nada si tienes uno o dos kilos más o menos... la vida es algo más que estar siempre perfectos, hay imprevistos, hay desajustes, hay momentos, emociones, comidas, fiestas.... busca el equilibrio y disfruta la vida con o sin abdominales, simplemente vive lo mejor que puedas y se que eres suficientemente inteligente para no querer hacer daño a tu cuerpo, el motor de tu vida así que hazlo saludablemente sin matarte a dietas ni entrenos locos pero tampoco a comer toda la basura del universo y sin poner unas zapatillas para andar todos los días un poco 🚶‍♀️ Encuentra el equilibrio! TU EQUILIBRIO! .

My great reflection and what I am working on most lately, if you lead a healthy life, be happy and nothing happens if you have one or two kilos more or less ... life is something more than being always perfect, there are unforeseen, there are imbalances , there are moments, emotions, meals, parties .... look for balance and enjoy life with or without abdominals, just live the best you can and I know you are smart enough not to want to hurt your body, the engine of your life so do it healthy without killing yourself on crazy diets or trainings but do not eat all the garbage of the universe and without putting on some shoes to walk every day a little 🚶Find the balance! YOUR BALANCE!

Progresión no es simplemente añadir más repeticiones o más tiempo. No quiero hacer cardio con mis abdominales.
Lo que prefiero hacer es añadir intensidad o dificultad a mis ejercicios, mis rutinas de normal trabajan el core porque entreno con la inestabilidad de las anillas, TRX o kettlebells, pero cuando me enfoco en abdomen hago planchas, levantamiento de piernas, levantamiento turco o uso la rueda, son más efectivos que los #crunch
