Today I was determined to stay perfect with my nutrition. I tasted a few “other” items but no candy or cookies 😉. I felt like a could’ve eaten more after my #bodyattack class because I needed the fuel for #bodypump . I’m still trying to figure this nutrition thing out but I’m doing something right. I’m not hungry most days and feel like I eat a lot of food. .
That being said - I’ve been asked by multiple friends and members if I personal trained. I don’t - the closest thing is teaching group fitness. I know my own journey will give me some credibility but it’s takes a lot of work to get started and I’m not sure if I’m at a place to do that 😏.
Time will tell but until then ✌🏾

I'm so lucky to have had the chance in life to do so many different things in different parts of the world over the years. I love the challenge of developing, inspiring and constantly growing in life. I'm so grateful for having completed this trip, even though it means missing my family at home and it feels heartbreaking every day I'm away from my babies ( including @marcus_w8lossboss_miramadi ❤️) And with my best friend on my right side with patience and love @sophieclayhills 🌹

I taught my first class in 2.5 weeks tonight and it was so much fun. Watching everyone work their butts off and leave with sweaty faces 😓 makes me feel so happy and inspired to work hard myself!😁 And random fact: that @lululemon gym bag is 12 years old and may just come to classes with me forever 😂

International womens day. So grateful for where i come from, what i have and for those strong females in my life. KoFit Middlesbrough are looking for enthusiastic, experienced instructors to bring energy and professionalism to our state of the art facility.
In this industry no two days are the same, but there’ll be some every day stuff you’ll be expected to do: · Teach daily fitness classes such as Circuits, Bootcamp & Killer Core. · Complete new member gym inductions · Help members with exercises and correct/safe use of the machinery · Ensure the gym is kept clean & tidy · Day to day admin, bookings, data input, answering phone calls and answering member queries. · Always ensure health & safety procedures are being followed
What are we looking for?
We need team players who are flexible. You’ll need to work a variety of morning & evening shifts. We may also ask you to provide cover at short notice to ensure we deliver outstanding customer service all day, every day.
A level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential. Ideally, we’re looking for people who hold, or are working towards Level 3 Personal Trainer. We operate in a fast-paced environment that’s ever evolving. You must be passionate and committed to self-development, acquiring knowledge and being the best in your field.

Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month? I'll be honest; I didn't until today 🙃
As a fitness professional, I'd be doing you a huge disservice if I told you that what you do in the gym is enough. Nutrition is such an important component of a healthy and active lifestyle! I'm not a fan of "diets" (especially restrictive ones), but I do believe that we could all benefit from being a little more selective about what we put into our bodies. You've heard it before: food is fuel. How can you expect to have the physical, mental, and emotional energy to do superhuman, kickass things if all you feed your body is highly-processed, highly-modified junk??
As a continuing education project, I've been studying to become an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I took a general nutrition course in college, and it sparked a ton of small changes to my diet. I'm really enjoying revisiting nutrition topics through the lens of fitness. I'm learning all sorts of ways to use food (one of my favorite things in the world) to make my workouts even more effective. Knowledge is power, and I can't wait to start sharing soon!
Lunch at @lochfynerestaurants was delish 👅
Starters was the fish soup, accompanied with toasted bread, and garlic spread. Main was just the best, a pot full of mussels with a nice side salad. Really recommend the place for some decent seafood.
