Alan said "Currently i train twice a week in the lads Group Tuesday and Thursday for strength, core fitness and two to three times a week in the 615am MCX Classes.

___I first met Sean in January 2015 when I was training for the Marathons Des Sables #MDS...a week long 6 marathon stage race in the Moroccan Sahara. Competitors have to carry their own food, bedding, medicines and safety equipment for the week on off road terrain, in temperatures reaching 50'c so I needed to build up my strength.

___Sean takes a keen interest in my nutrition, working with a food diary, making suggestions on good calories, snack tactics and things to avoid (empty calories)...3 and a half years later we are still working together 💪💪 ____Thanks in no small part to Sean I managed to stay injury free and am loving training More than ever. From beginner to advanced trainer Id highly recommend training @ignitedublin"
