Plan your day and get things organized. Once you have a Plan and stick to it you will see you can get a lot more done than without.

I use to wake up at around 5, then hit the gym and be at the office at around 9. After work there is still plenty of time left for grocery shopping, cooking or doing Instagram and so on :) How do you organize your day?

Defo feel i didnt waste this time as given i decided not to cut to i finished uni exams and coursework for the year, been working on my weak areas both mentally and physically hopefully i made some progress but the biggest success ive had is mentally.

Now the point of this transformation isn’t about gloating or showing off. It’s about being real. I’ve been having trouble with my weight since 2010. 8 long years of just self loathing and questioning. I questioned why I couldn’t lose weight. To be honest around 2010-2016. I was in the wrong environment. I hung out with the wrong people. Which helped me developed the habits. Which in turn made me super unhappy. It showed and manifested with my weight. -
It took a lot of work to get to this point in my fitness journey. 5-6 long months of asking myself am I ever going to get close. Here it is the result. But despite the results it took WORK to get there. This just gives me more motivation to keep going and keep building a healthier lifestyle.

The point of this post is to inspire at least one person who’s been struggling with their weight. I hope you get through to yourself and tell yourself you can do this. The process will be long and the process sometimes will test you, but keep going. Fitness is putting in the work over time. It doesn’t just happen in a week or two. It takes patience and perseverance. -
Healing begins with the mind and the body will follow. Much like fitness if you get your mind in shape the body will follow.

Today I did 5 sets of 12 on 40kg Barbell Squats, Glute Kickbacks and 35kg Seated Leg Curls. I only managed 3 sets of 12 for my 10kg Dumbbell Walking Lunges as my IT Band still feels mega tight from my Runner's Knee injury I got doing the Rat Race.

Vanessa goes Pescetarier 😱🙊 oder wie ich es nannte 👉🏼 „Teilzeit-Vegetarier“ 😂 || ja, ihr habt richtig gehört 🤷🏼‍♀️ ich werde die nächsten Wochen/ Monate auf Fleisch {jedoch nicht auf Fisch} verzichten! Vor 2 Jahren wäre dieser Gedanke nichtmal in meinen tiefsten Träumen vorstellbar gewesen 😂 ..... 👉🏼 zu dem Entschluss bin ich dadurch gekommen, dass ich während  meiner Wettkampfvorbereitung, also in den letzten 2 Jahren immer sehr viel Fleisch 🍖 täglich gegessen habe! 🙄 mittlerweile merke ich selber, dass das sehr extrem war! 👉🏼 Daher werde ich diesen Konsum jetzt einstellen! Zumal es mir 1. nicht mehr schmeckt und zum anderen, ich mich mittlerweile wirklich schon „ekel“ ...ich lebe jetzt schon seit knapp 3 Wochen ohne 😌 und ich muss sagen, ich vermisse es wirklich nicht. 😌🙏🏼 Ich bin gespannt und optimistisch wie lange ich das durchhalten werde. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Das einzige Problem sah ich am Anfang bei meinem täglichen Eiweißbedarf aber da habe ich jetzt auch super Alternativen gefunden! Mehr dazu erfahrt ihr die Tage in meiner Story! 🙏🏼♥️ habt ihr schon mal vegetarisch oder vegan gelebt? Wie kommt ihr auf euer täglichen Eiweißbedarf?
