Hey this is my new home but also I call it the return of Jedi. When I was a kid I used to be junior ping pong champion, playing for hours with my eyes closed. Then I went to University and somehow left ping pong behind but always kept thinking of it. When I became a boxer my hands were fast partly because I developed the speed from playing ping pong. And now almost 20 years later I’m making my comeback playing 4 times per week for 2 hours. But it is all different now than 20 years ago. I’m fitter, my physique is much better, my shots are more powerful, more accuracy and I’m intrigued how far I can go. Boxing made me a very competitive person that I apply now for ping pong. Ping pong takes me away from daytime problems and the stress of work, I’m finding it very relaxing for my brain and powerful for my muscles. It came to me as a saviour. I have 2 years, I have a chance to go to Tokyo Olympics - I'll try to make it. I’ll keep you posted - also "fit by ping pong" is coming soon, it is just very hard to film because the ball is so small and flying so fast. Need to think how to give it to you. Maybe it'll have to be in slow motion. ;)
According to the Guinness Book of Records, the longest game of ping pong was 8 hours, 40 minutes and 5 seconds. Anyone fancy a longer game with me?! xx
I'm not going to lie these past 3 days I've felt like not doing anything I did workout but not as intense as my usual routines I felt like giving up....but one thing that kept me going is the fact that this happens to EVERYONE im not unique when it comes to struggle and I can't forget that. We all have moment when our thoughts tend to overpower our actions and that can't go unchecked. I tend to take on the battles by myself most of the time. Struggles breed stronger warriors
Make sure you always keep the relationship with your pelvis even in the bottom position. Wherever you start losing it, is your clue to come back up 😉
Vzdy je dulezite udrzet postaveni panve a to i ve spodni pozici. Kdyz uz nejste schopni panev udrzet neutralne tak vite, ze mate jit zpet nahoru. 😉
Always focusing on the posterior chain through deadlifts more than the anterior. Super important for strong posture. 😉
Zadni strana tela je jeste dulezitejsi nez ta predni. Hlavne pro pevne drzeni tela. 😉
