The fitness industry has evolved over the years and many more women have seen the distinct advantages of moving away from the cardio machines to the weights area. The myth of weights making a woman bulky and manly has gone and many are sculpting their bodies. However the trends seems to be mostly lower body only, with sculpted legs and big glutes. This trend has given rise to the age of Instagram models! The very nice looking women in skin tight Lycra trousers who often demonstrate exercises on their pages. Unfortunately, the exercises they do are bullshit. They are suggestive movements to make you pay attention to their ass. It’s the men that follow and the activewear brands that pay them a ton so you think you’ll look good in them. Trust me. Do not do kick backs on a cable machine. Do not walk around a gym like you’ve shit yourself with your arse pushed out and a resistance band round your ankles. You’ll need more than 10kg either side on the squat rack and you’ll sound terribly unsexy repping it. You’ll need a mat underneath the barbell on hip thrusts, so no one will get to see your camel toe. Here’s a list of basic exercises to do in the gym to get that Instagram booty:
Squats (look to rack 60kg+)
Weighted deep lunges
Deadlifts (good form and heavy)
Split squats (explosive movements)
Hip thrust (reps high 30+low weight)
Isolation movements that the models do are still applicable, but you need to prioritise weighted exercises first. Essentially they are showing you a cool down. If you’ve been travelling all day and are pushed for time in a hotel, holding your body in a high plank is an easy and really effective way of resetting your spine and getting some blood flow back into your back muscles after a long drive.

Raise yourself up onto your hands and balls of your feet, remembering to keep your hands flat to the ground beneath your shoulders, and your abs tight. You should feel your whole body working—push back into your feet to keep your legs and calves working throughout.

Суп-пюре из нута с сельдереем

на 100 грамм - 36.2 ккал Б/Ж/У - 2.1/1.4/4 
Ингредиенты:

Бульон овощной - 2 л.
Нут - 100 гр.
Сельдерей - 120 гр.
Лук репчатый - 70 гр.
Лук порей - 120 гр.
Сыр Гауда - 100 гр.
Соль (по вкусу) - 2 гр.
Перец чёрный молотый (по вкусу) - 1 гр.

Приготовление:

Нут отварить в бульоне в течение 1 часа (накрыв крышкой при небольшом кипении). Лук-порей нарезать, разобрать на колечки. Сельдерей нарезать произвольно. Лук мелко нашинковать. Овощи выложить в сковороду, с антипригарным покрытием, обжарить, помешивая, в течение 4-5 минут. Обжаренные овощи добавить к отваренному нуту, посолить, поперчить, варить 10 минут при небольшом кипении. В суп добавить натертый на крупной терке сыр, варить еще 5 минут. Суп измельчить блендером.

Подходит для любого типа питания. Для постящихся и вегетарианцев следует исключить из рецепта сыр. Для диабетиков сыр нужно взять с низким процентом жирности.
