Chicken Paleo Pad Thai on Spaghetti Squash. And only 2 more weeks before I can throw these plates away forever 馃檶馃徎 I made this the other night for me and my husband (@burpeesandburpcloths had a dish posted in her story the other week that I got jealous of haha) and have had 3 days worth of leftovers for my lunch. -cut spaghetti squash in half, remove the seeds, place face down in an oven safe dish with about an inch of water and cook for 45-60 mins at 375.
-ingredients for sauce-
2 limes 
2-3 cloves minced garlic 
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (I used more)
1 tbsp coco aminos 
Fresh ginger chopped
1 tsp rice vinegar 
1/2 cup almond or Sunbutter
(Blend all this in a blender or food processor until smooth)
Then add 1/2 cup of coconut milk
This is the sauce 
In a skillet I cooked thin cut chicken breast pieces (about 1lb) with ground red pepper, paprika and pepper. That鈥檚 just my preference because I like spicy stuff. I cooked it on medium so the chicken stayed moist.

I set that aside then did some coconut oil In the bottom of the pan, let it get hot and then poured in 4 eggs I had scrambled in a bowl. I let it cook like a pancake, flipped it, broke it up and then added the chicken
. I added in broccoli and sugar snap peas that I had previously boiled so they were tender but you could do them raw too. Mix it all together, I added a little extra coco aminos here for taste and then topped with more crushed pepper and put it on top of the spaghetti squash .

Brekky today was probably the best yet. My scrambies were tender and fluffy. I tried a new technique and I think it鈥檚 going to be my new way. The broccoli and bacon were great too. I also had some coffee and #collagen with some #hwc and a packet of stevia that was delightful as well. I鈥檝e got my lunch packed and my dinner planned. Granola casera 馃檶
Receta sencilla y r谩pida perfecta para desayunos y meriendas.

Para hacerla necesitas: - 200g de avena
- 150g de frutos secos (nosotras hemos usado anacardos y avellanas)
- 50gr de aceite de oliva
- 3 cucharadas de miel 馃嵂
- 1 cucharadita de canela (opcional)

Precalentar el horno a 180掳C. Una vez mezclados todos los ingredientes, meterlo al horno durante 20min y ir removiendo la mezcla cada 5 min para que no se queme.

Aparte de estos ingredientes pod茅is a帽adirle m谩s seg煤n vuestros gustos: pasas, cacao en polvo, pipas de calabaza,... Como veis es s煤per f谩cil de hacer!

See, most meal plans are rigid & restrictive 馃憥

They often ignore total calories and, instead, focus on stuff that's much less relevant for weight loss 鈥 stuff like meal timing, meal frequency, and "good" vs. "bad" foods.

A beneficial meal plan is one focused on the fundamentals (calories, macros, whole foods) and flexible with the rest.
