Starting Position

Follow machine instructions for set up and select desired weight. Sit so feet are flat on floor, knees are above ankles, back is straight and supported on pad. Grip the handles near your chest, palms facing downward. Engage abs and keep spine straight. 
Action

EXHALE: Push the handles forward by straightening at the elbows. 
INHALE: Slowly bend the elbows to return to the start position, with hands near the chest, to complete one rep. 
Special InstructionsWhen pushing the handles forward, make sure the elbows do not lock. Aim for a full range of motion, but don’t allow the weight stack to slam back down.

•The most common question I get from people is how do I not only stay motivated, but how do I stay motivated to give every workout I do 100%. To put it short and simply- I’m motivated to give every workout I do 110% effort because I don’t allow myself to give any less! When you have SELF DISCIPLINE- you make motivation your b!+ch and it just happens because you’ve told yourself you can not settle for anything less than maximum effort💪🏼 Are there days where I want to completely skip the gym? Absolutely...I’m sore 24/7 and my body is exhausted 99% of the time- but from discipline and dedication, I get myself to the gym and I get that ish DONE! •When you lack motivation whar helps you get motivated? Today was a relief day from my workout program. So, this morning I took a little time to reflect on myself and think about whether I've put as much energy into myself as I have loving others. .
The answer to that is NO. Running a hundred miles an hour pleasing other can be draining. 
Eventually that cup becomes empty and you'll have nothing more to give. .
I'll be taking more time to love myself and let God lead the way, instead of pushing my own agenda. Putting faith in his leadership!!

Baby Leonard is at about 11 inches and almost 1 pound (about the size of a papaya), He is starting to look like a miniature newborn. His lips, eyelids, and eyebrows are becoming more distinct. He seems to be growing like crazy and moves around A LOT. Also doesn't like when mom eats sugary or greasy foods 😅

Excited to finish the week out and to be able to say I've successfully completed the  80 Day Obsession!!! I can't even describe how much stronger I feel. I know the scale is going the opposite direction and I can't feel any difference in my clothes 🤰😅 but mentally and emotionally I feel better. Physically I feel stronger and I know that Baby Leonard is loving that mommy is staying active 😍

-First off, take a deep breathe and relax.  Everything is going to be alright and it’s really not that serious.  Secondly, they all work, they’re all great.  It mainly comes down to personal preference.  What you can adhere to/What you enjoy the most.

-Going off of the research it seems to be more optimal to hit each body part at least 2x a week. BUT… if you absolutely love your bodybuilder body part split then by all means do you and go and destroy that “ARM DAY”.

-Now if you don’t have a complete preference.  Id first start with how many days a week you can 100% commit to being in the gym.  From there is pretty dang simple if you stick with hitting each body part 2x a week.

-Here’s a very simple and broad recommendation.

-1-2x a week= FULL BODY

-3x a week=FULL BODY Or Upper/Lower (If you chose Upper/Lower id recommend alternating each week with 2 upper Days then Next week 2 Lower days.  Or you can do Upper then Lower then Fullbody.

It’s all about balance people! If you’re trying to lose weight, it can be challenging to consistently make healthy choices while fighting the urge to indulge. It’s not sustainable to cut everything out and it will only make the process harder. Sometimes we need to indulge.

Lots of people feel it’s a sin to indulge while on a diet and often feel stressed if they do so. To avoid that stress, it’s important to understand WHY it’s okay to indulge:
🍩It stops feelings of deprivation: indulging every once in a while allows you to not feel deprived. Deprivation can lead to binge eating.
🍩It satisfies cravings: avoiding cravings may make you eat much more of other foods to make up for it. If you want ice cream, have the damn thing (just not the whole container)
🍩It helps you succeed: knowing you can have a small indulgence every now and then can help motivate you to eat healthy the rest of the time!
🍩It’s FUN: eating the foods you love makes you happy. As long as you’re not indulging every day it’s totally okay!!
