Si tus requerimientos diarios son 2000 calorías y el Domingo comiste 4500 calorías de las cuales la mayoría fueron de carbos como pizza, postres, etc. Entonces quedaste en superávit energético de 2500 calorías, esta energía en gran porción se depositaran como grasa en sus cuerpos si no la consumes el mismo día o el día siguiente.

Si vas al gym entrena este día más pesado de lo normal y exígete más que con seguridad tu cuerpo responderá porque tiene más energía disponible

• 1/2 Tbsp @primalkitchenfoods avocado mayo
• 1 tsp @sirkensingtons spicy brown mustard
• 1/4 avocado
• organic grape tomatoes
• organic green leaf lettuce

1) When it comes to produce, I use fresh or frozen hardly ever canned. 1 week post comp and I can confirm, 1st hand, PROCESSED FOOD IS BAD FOR YOU 🚫🙅🏾‍♀️ 2) I’m traveling again this week, Pack your food in ziplock bags, they take up less space 💼 
3) If you get in the habit of measuring your food, you’ll get to a point where you can eyeball. 👀
