⚠L' intuitive eating non è una scusa per sfondarsi di cibo, anzi. È un approccio che a me ha permesso di uscire da ogni tipo di schema, di ascoltare il mio corpo, di essere libera, ma di mangiare comunque alimenti :non confezionati e il più sani possibile.😊

🔸Per quanto riguarda pasta/riso li peso, ma giusto per regolarmi e non farne troppo/troppo poco. (Solitamente 180g o 200, dipende dalla fame, se sono fuori casa una via di mezzo).😋🍝
🔹Grassi? Ne assumo abbastanza, perchè li adoro e per una donna sono indispensabili.
🔸Proteine? Cerco di inserirne una quota giusta per ogni pasto, senza esagerare perchè sennò questo sarebbe controproducente per la ritenzione/gonfiore.

Quando sei in modalità risparmio calorie e macros ma hai una fame boia, questa è una soluzione 👆
MACROS per una crêpe (cotta in padella da 24 cm di diametro) senza farcitura:
KCAL 175 | CHO 20| PRO 18| FAT 2 ▶ 10 gr di farina di cocco, 10 gr di farina d'avena (io aromatizzata alla vaniglia), 30gr di skyr o yogurt greco, 10 gr di miele, 100 gr di albume, bicarbonato e limone, cannella (opzionale)
▶ Unisci le farine, il miele e lo yogurt. Aggiungi mezzo cucchiaino di bicarbonato sul quale fai cadere qualche goccia di limone aspettando che faccia reazione. Mescola tutto, incorpora infine l'albume.
Ungi una padella e cuoci la crêpe con coperchio. Quando la superficie è rappresa, girala e falla andare ancora pochi minuti. 
Fai raffreddare, farcisci a piacere e tieni in frigo tutta la notte.

Meal prep doesn’t have to take hours. This lot took me about 25 minutes allowing for the salmon to cook. Not the most adventurous meals but I enjoy this sort of food (as you will see from my content) and I much prefer spending more time in the kitchen in the evening when I actually get to eat off a plate and use a proper knife and fork 🍴 
Use your time wisely and it won’t feel like a slog. It will save you time, money and your sanity as well as keeping you on track. You’ve got this.

Here’s what I want to say... WE ALL NEED TO STOP!! 🛑 We have a special purpose!! Our BIG DREAMS honor God because we have to put our faith and trust in HIM to accomplish them.  No dream is too big if it serves a mighty purpose my friends!!! 🙌

Sunshine & 64 temps meant I had to get outside so I hit the trails for an easy paced 6 mile run. Haven't been on the trails in a while and they did not disappoint. So pretty and peaceful👌🏾 (see my stories).
Followed my run with 20 mins of yoga and 3 mins of planking 💪🏾

Lo probé en Brasil y quede enamorada! Es una fruta riquísima con muchas propiedades buenísimas sobre todo energéticas 💪🏻

What do we do with leftovers? WAFFLE THEM. Had some leftover baked sweet potatoes & lentils, so mashed them together + a little cheddar cheese (& spices) & threw them in the waffle iron. Topped them with a Greek Yogurt/stone ground mustard sauce & ate ‘em up. Happy Sunday 🔥👌🏻

•Langostinos🍤: Los adoban con limón (harto), sal rosada, pimienta, paprika, ajo en polvo y ajo normal, los dejan reposando mínimo 30 minutos y luego los ponen en una sartén caliente previamente untada con aceite de coco y listo! Dejan que se doren por lado y lado y ya estan👌🏻

•Salsa “mayonesa de aguacate 🥑 ”: Está salsa es deliciosa!, queda bien con todo y no necesita muchos ingredientes, simplemente ponen en la licuadora o en el procesador 1/4 de aguacate hass (aprox 40gr), 1 clara de huevo, el jugo de medio limón, ajo en polvo, sal rosada y pimienta, la van probando hasta que quede con el sabor que quieren y listo!

•Pasta: acá simplemente hice noddles de zucchini y de zanahoria 🥕 utilizando la maquinita para hacerlos, es importante que los hagan justo antes de servir (pueden hacerlo con past normal también), luego los mezclan con la salsa y finalmente le agregan los langostinos 🍤 .

Pueden ponerle más ingredientes a la pasta como marañones, maní, tomate, cebolla, queso, etc! Y para los q me preguntan hago el zucchini, me lo como crudo, solo le pongo un poquito de sal y listo, me gusta así, pero también pueden ponerlo en una sartén con un poquito de aceite de coco y listo! Que lo disfruten💓

Ingredientes:
Chocolate sin azúcar (yo utilicé Turín).
Penut butter.
Toppings de tu preferencia.

Procedimiento :
- Pon papel encerado en moldes de bollitos o moldes en forma circular.
- Derrite el chocolate.
-Pon encima del papel encerado una capa de chocolate , luego una de penut butter y luego termina de cubrirlo con mas chocolate .
-Agrega los toppings que mas te guste y mételos al congelador.

Hi y’all I promise I’m alive!
Currently sitting at the airport reflecting on this past weekend watching my best friend @tiny.kirsty get married. 💍 Lots of laughs, smiles, new friendships, reunions (@thefitlife_abigaildyson) — and tears (happy and emotional)
Tryna pull myself together because we just had the most emotional “see ya later” since I moved from Charlotte back in July. In a few short weeks Kirsty and Morgan will be moving to Texas to start their life together. As happy as I am for them, my emotions are all over the place because she’ll be halfway across the country.
Kirsty, no matter how far apart we are I’ll always be with you. You’ve been the for me through my best and absolute worst, and this next chapter is going to be spectacular. However my visits to Charlotte will never be the same, there will always be a part of the QC that’ll feel empty because you’re not there.
Overall I had an incredible weekend, swipe left ⬅️for highlights ( me not in workout attire, taco munchin’ @ 1am, and even got 2 OTF classes in 🧡) — sometimes you just need a weekend with your people to get you back on track ❤️✨ but the good news is I’ve got my next trip to Charlotte already in my calendar 💙

Avendo lavorato tutto il giorno ho fatto dei pasti #easy 😜.

* Porridge con mela 🍎, semi di chia, cacao amaro, semi di zucca
* Riso basmati con olio, timo, petto di pollo
* Pancake con mandorle, cannella e semi di finocchio
* Spigola al forno con fagiolini e zucchine alla griglia (non in foto) {e prima di andare a cena da nonna ho mangiato un finocchio, gallette e una manciata di mandorle}

¿CUÁNTA AGUA TOMAS EN EL DÍA?
Muchas veces pasamos el día sin tomar agua o tomando bebidas altas en cafeína, té, café, bebidas azucaradas, etc. que en lugar de hidratarnos y calmar la sed, ocurre todo lo contrario y la incrementa. Lo mejor que puedes tomar para hidratarte siempre será AGUA.
Estar hidratado es fundamental para que el cuerpo realice sus funciones de manera correcta, sobre todo si tienes alguna meta fitness o un estilo de vida saludable.
Si eres una persona activa que realiza ejercicio físico constante, debes saber que tu cuerpo requiere estar completamente hidratado para rendir mejor en el entrenamiento y evitar el cansancio prematuro. ☝️Para los que desean perder grasa corporal, tengan presente que UN CUERPO DESHIDRATADO NO QUEMA GRASA con eficiencia, el proceso de oxidación de grasa, sobre todo subcutánea, depende de la hidrólisis, cada proceso celular en tu cuerpo requiere de agua, y si es fría, puede incrementar en un 30% tu metabolismo por efecto térmico.💪
Evita sentir sed, ya que eso es un síntoma de deshidratación (perdiste un 1% de tu peso en agua), lleva contigo una botella donde vayas e incorpora el hábito de beber agua durante todo el día en sorbos pequeños. Por cada taza de té o café es un vaso de agua extra al día. Si no gustan de tomar agua les comparto una idea entretenida para que comiencen con el hábito.
