3️⃣Acai - Rich in Omega 3 fatty acids keeping hair and skin moist and strong. Also high in antioxidants that can rejuvenate damaged or dull looking hair overtime.
4️⃣Raw Cacao - Rich in sulfur and contains iron, zinc, protein, riboflavin, vitamin A, thiamine, magnesium and other B vitamins. All Incredible for hair growth and healthy skin. *️⃣Magnesium is a great mineral to combat hair loss!
5️⃣Cucumbers - Contains mineral silica, which improves hair, skin, and nails! Silica aids in collagen production in the body needed to keep you healthy and youthful.
6️⃣Kale - Rich in iron, vitamin B, and is alkaline. Eating more alkaline foods can help with acidity in the body (acidity can cause body to break down including hair/nails)
