Our Jasmine Tea infused prawn recipe is a deliciously different way to enjoy tea today if you're not a fan of the classic brew! > Ingredients: For the prawns: 2tbsp Booths Jasmine tea leaves, 12 large king prawns, shelled and de-veined. For the salad: 150g radishes, sliced, 1 mango, diced, 2tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 lime, zest and juice, 2tbsp corriander, chopped, salt and pepper, coriander to garnish Method: 1. Place the tea leaves into a measuring jug. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over the leaves and steep for 5 minutes. 2. Place a fine sieve over a saucepan. Strain the tea into the pan and discard the tea leaves. Bring the tea to the boil, reduce to a simmer and add the prawns. Poach the prawns for 5 minutes or until cooked through. 3. To make the salad, place all of the ingredients into a bowl, toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and divide the salad between 4 serving plates. Reserve a little dressing to garnish. 4. Arrange the poached prawns on top of the salad and spoon over the reserved dressing. Garnish with sprigs of coriander. Chef’s Tip This is a lovely fresh starter or light lunch. Add soba noodles to the salad to turn this into a summer supper dish. #fishdish#fishoftheday#cooking#cookingram#cookingtime#cookingathome#cookinglove#homecooking#tea

I hope you’re all having a good Saturday. I had a busy week, and little time to enjoy the beautiful weather we’ve been having. So, today I just wanted little to no fuss making lunch and made a spicy tomato based sauce with fish and orzo, and a lot of parsley to serve. A one pot affair. What did you have for lunch? #trembom#nourishingfood#fishdish#iloveorzo#foodblogger#mycametaandi
It's the Queen's birthday. Apparently, Her Majesty loves fresh fish. We've created a celebratory dish in her honour. Oil Poached Halibut, with yellow lentils, carrots, liquorice and dukkah. A perfect combination of flavours from all corners of the Commonwealth. #socialbell#queensbirthday#fishdish#halibut @cheftommackins
Great meal at @milsomhotels for a friend's birthday last night. The main course of halibut with watercress, wild rice, tiger prawn with caviar and chive beurre blanc was outstanding. Sorry for the rubbish picture 😕
