Poniedziałkowy widok na świat.
Nigdy nie twierdziłam, że poniedziałki są tworem potwora i zabójcy ludzkiego szczęścia. Co więcej, gdy byłam młodsza, nazywałam tak niedzielę. Prace domowe, myśl o całym tygodniu itp.
Dziś w poniedziałek budzę się rześka po wspaniałym weekendzie, idę biegać, aby dostarczyć sobie więcej endorfin, o 8 jestem zwarta i gotowa do podjęcia wszystkich wyzwań, jakie dzień, czy raczej tydzień, przede mną stawia.
Tak, to mój poniedziałkowy widok na świat. Kolory wiosny, puszyste, nasycone niebo, zapach i narodziny nowego, z tygodnia na tydzień cieplejszego dnia!

There is a lot to feel good about this week and I’m feeling very grateful. The sun is shining, it is Monday and today’s plan is to pack for my 36 hour press trip to @sohofarmhouse with @hushhomewear which I am very excited about, especially when I get to hang out with some of my friends, take photos and play dress up trying on their new Summer collection 👌🏼

Monday Motivation: Don’t give up!
6 months ago I was so stressed my back was permanently in spasm. It hurt to put my shoes on, it hurt to sit in a car. Anyone who has had an injury knows it feels like you will never train again! Then I started yoga. As I started to get better I was so eager to get back in the gym but I swore to myself I wouldn’t lift weights for at least 6 months. My new goal wasn’t too have abs or to grow a 🍑 it was just to be healthy and move without pain. Since then, I have made conscious decisions to be healthy and do what’s best for my body... I am now powered by plants, I meditate, I do yoga, I take the Truth @byroninspired every morning and I try to be as positive as I can be because I know that the state of my physical health is 100% connected to my mental health. Since making these changes my body has transformed more than when I was training 5 x a week harder than I ever had done before. So actually changing the course of my direction even though at the time felt like I was being held back, helped me more. My point being is that you will face obstacles in life that will slow you down but NOT stop you from achieving your goals. You may just have to take a step back and go a different way around them but don’t ever give up! 💪 😊
