PANCKES DE QUINOA🤗
Cocinaste quinoa y te sobro? te cansaste de comer 3 dias seguidos siempre igual? FRENA ACÁ. Esta receta te convierte la quinoa en unos panckes super esponjosos, riquisimos para desayuno o merienda. Full proteína, carbos complejos y fibra.
INGREDIENTES: para una porción
-1/2 taza de quinoa cocida (se puede reemplazar por dos cucharadas de harina de arroz, quinoa, trigo sarraceno o avena)
- 1 cucharada de salvado de avena
- 2 claras o 1 huevo y una clara
- polvo para hornear
- pizca de canela o jengibre (opcional) 👉🏻Pre calentar una sarten de teflon con apenas aceite de coco o fritolim
👉🏻Mixear todo con una minipimer hasta que se vean burbujas
👉🏻Verter una cucharada de la mezcla (si es grande la sarten hagan varios a la vez o uno mega grande y listo)
👉🏻Recomiendo cocinar a fuego bajo y tapado por unos 5 min hasta que vean que lo pueden dar vuelta
👉🏻Dar vuelta y cocinar 1 min mas
Repetir si hacen chiquitos

Craving something cozy for dinner, so I’m whipping up this easy chili skillet with a grain free butter + chive biscuit topping 🤤 Recipe below and link in bio! Promise this one is so easy to make, and it will leave me with lots of leftovers for the rest of the week 🙌🏼 ____________________________________________
For the chili:
1 lb organic grass fed fed beef, chicken, or turkey
1-2 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium jalapeño , sliced
1 28 oz can crushed fire roasted tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1. Brown meat in a large cast iron skillet or wide bottom pot. If using turkey or chicken, you’ll need some oil in the pan first.
2. Drain any excess grease, then return pot to heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
3. If making the biscuit topping, start now.
4. Allow chili to simmer for 30-40 minutes (you can continue simmering until ready to serve)
For the biscuits:
2 cups of almond flour
2 eggs, whisked
1/3 cup ghee or butter, melted
2 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder .
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, then mix in eggs and melted ghee.
3. Once we’ll combined, scoop out into about 1.5 tbsp sized portions (makes 12 biscuits total).
4. Shape into round biscuits and slightly flatten the tops.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Slice biscuits in half, then top the chili in a skillet with the top halves of the biscuits. Serve with bottom half of biscuits.

Topped with @bluefrogbreakfast cereal, @ceresorganics coconut chips, @fresh.as freeze dried raspberries, @picspeanutbutter crunchy pb and some homemade chia jam made with @natavasuperfoods chia seeds! 😋
So lovely to have dinner cooked for me tonight! Legs still a bit sore from the marathon and only just got my appetite back (think I had a bit of heat stroke 🙈) so this steak, crispy kale, potatoes, hummus and rice/quinoa combo was just what I needed 👌🏼
I gave up caffeine abruptly 3 and a half years ago when I realized it was greatly contributing to the anxiety I was then diagnosed with. Boy do I miss the taste of coffee (yes, decaf has caffeine) and having a warm mid-afternoon pick me up everyday. For awhile I was on the hot water with lemon trend but it wasn’t doing it for me. So, I was shook when I learned it took me this long to realize that most golden lattes don’t have caffeine 😅 Enter my newest obsession: turmeric lattes.
