I’m so ready for summer.
I’m scared I’ll fall back into my habit from last year, antagonizing myself over whats next, whats the plan, when is it happening. I’m scared I’ll judge myself: not working enough, not resting enough, not creating enough, not having enough fun. Not being good enough.
But I won’t. That’s my promise. That I’ll spend this time working, creating, giving, laughing, being with the people who have made my life 10x better. And in all the perfect amounts, no matter what they wind up being. Because if I’m being true, I’m enough. Always.
This past visit to Florida was so much more than I ever could have asked for. Every moment was beautiful, it was my first vacation I ever took by myself so to speak. And I loved it. And have so much to share 💁🏽♀️🌸 I’ll start with some pictures of my one my favorite days. It was getting to hangout with the beautiful energy, and vibrant soul that is @ryleemacarthur 🤗🤗 between coffee, yoga, chatting, and the sun set. It made the whole trip just so much more special 🙏🏽🙏🏽 till next time my dear friend 😘😘
I forget to check back in. I stay up in my head all day long.
That’s why it’s nice to step into a space where all I’m seeking to do is leave my head and come back home.
That’s what this space- this room and the practice and the state of mind- feels like. Home.

Pretty delicious food makes me happy lol🙃 👉cooked riced cauliflower in a pan wih tumeric, 1 tsp curry paste, soy sauce, and some non dairy milk
👉Added broccoli, red cabbage, and a cole slaw mix to a pan with smoked tofu and soy sauce, added a bit of water, and covered until the veggies were soft
👉topped it with some agave nectar because its bomb
If tofu intimidated you, try and find some pre-smoked tofu. Its not watery at all and already has a firm texture so its much easier to prepare well in this kind of dish👌
