□3 days of leg work
□3 days upper body

Skinny brownies... I've been craving them so I tried to find a decent recipe. Some that I've tried were super dry or not brownie like at all.  I wish these were more fudgey instead of cakey but for 78 calories a piece they aren't bad.

🍩I have been getting right back into my baking each weekend and LOVE trying new recipes, that challenge me or are simply delicious and I want to eat them.

🎂I wish I could say this was one of them, but alas I can not. This was the desert I had when out to lunch with my family a week or so ago at @divino_ristorante

🍫This dessert was a ricotta mini doughnut in an orange sugar, lemon curd and berry coulis.

🍮I chose this dessert to try and go for the “healthier” version after a BIG pizza for lunch, when I should have listened to my gut and just had the Nutella Calzoncino.

🍰It is not to say this dessert wasn’t yum, it’s just not what I REALLY wanted. Moral of the story... if you are out with family or enjoying a social gathering, eat what you want and enjoy the occasion.

This was the desert I had when out to lunch with my family a week or so ago at @divino_ristorante - 🍫This dessert was a ricotta mini doughnut in an orange sugar, lemon curd and berry coulis. - 🍮I chose this dessert to try and go for the “healthier” version after a BIG pizza for lunch, when I should have listened to my gut and just had the Nutella Calzoncino. - 🍰It is not to say this dessert wasn’t yum, it’s just not what I REALLY wanted. Moral of the story... if you are out with family or enjoying a social gathering, eat what you want and enjoy the occasion. - 🍯Next time I am eating dessert I will NOT be holding back and will make sure I go FULL chocolate and sugar mode on and engaged!

So the guy on the right stopped eating meat for awhile now and the guy on the left ate EVERYTHING. It’s crazy to think that eating no meat and only plant based foods my strength has doubled and my endurance is crazy!!! I still eat eggs, but i dumped the DAIRY and the MEAT. My stomach no longer gives me issues and my energy is level through the roof. I have always been a very fortunate person when it comes to my physic. For the first 27 years of my life, I never once had to worry about dieting or training hard to look fit, which I know a lot of women haven’t had. After the birth of my second child, I had an extra 20kg on me, which I didnt like on me, and had to train (literally) my ass off. Im very proud of what my bod looks like after having two kids, but no matter how hard or well I (try) to eat, i could never budge that small pocket of fat on my lower abs. So when the opportunity came to test out @mybodycatalyst fat dissolving treatment, i figured why not 🤷🏼‍♀️ with up to a 30% fat reduction in treated areas, its hopefully something that will get rid of that stubborn area. I could have gone through life and it not really be an issue, but if the methods and tools are there to make you love yourself and body even more, then again, why not 🤷🏼‍♀️ (results can take up to 10 weeks, so stay tuned for before and afters).

STAY THE COURSE DURING WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS

The graph represents progress of a Weightology client who has lost 40 lbs (18 kg) in just over 3 months.

You can see that, during this time, the client has had a number of plateaus.  In a few, he had no weight loss after 1 week.  In others (circled), he had no weight change for 2 weeks.  We stayed the course and didn't make any changes, and he continued to progress and is now down 40 lbs.

It can be tempting to make changes to your program, like decreasing your calorie intake, if you haven't seen any changes for a few weeks.  Keep in mind, though, that weight loss usually doesn't happen in a linear fashion.

Body weight can be finicky.  It can be affected by changes in sodium intake, fiber intake, residual food in digestive tract, water retention, inaccuracies in calorie tracking, natural variations in energy expenditure, etc.  Even when you do a weekly average, you can naturally have short term plateaus in body weight.

It's important to pay attention to the big picture and long term trend.  Only when plateaus last 3-4 weeks, with zero change in any metrics, do I consider if a change needs to be made.  And even then, it's a matter of diagnosing the cause of the plateau before any changes are made.

Super well done wild salmon with veggies & salad. I’m definitely a creature of habit with some of my meals. Studies have shown that maintaining some level of consistency with meals does help to manage weight. I don’t do it for this reason- I eat primarily intuitively but I’m curious if any of you eat the same meals day in & day out as a means to manage your weight? Let me know! 👇🏻

#mealprepmondays 😍 Mint Chocolate Chip  Protein Balls. Prepare these yummy balls for when you're craving something sweet 
Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats 
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup all natural nut butter
3 tbsp natural honey
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips 
2 1/2 tbsp water

Directions:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients VERY WELL with a spatula or wooden spoon. Roll into 20 balls. You will have to squeeze mixture firmly to get them to stick into balls. Put in fridge for 20 minutes. Store in container in the fridge. 
1 serving=2 balls
