Here's a peak at my leg day and training run:10 minute warm up with 8x30 second HIIT intervals w/1 minute recoveries followed with a steady state run. The pace is deceiving...my HIIT portion was CRAZY fast today so my overall pace looks really phenomenal!
Official results from UROC are up. Over 50% DNF. Glad I could push through the heat and terrain to get the finish.

My week got a little thrown off and I had to get my final strength training session done today. First week of new program complete.
My training run today was a 10 minute warm up followed by a 40 minute progression run, and a 10 minute cool down. It was tough...my app kept telling me how much time was left and I swear the voice said "12 minutes remaining" at least three times 😉! When she said "5 minutes remaining", I'm pretty sure I called her a derogatory name (yup...I am that person who talks crap to the app voices!). My running week isn't complete until after my run tomorrow so no weekly totals yet.

🎵I woke up like this🎵 LITERALLY cause I was too heckin’ lazy to take off my makeup last night, so I’m wearing it again today😂 #sheisbeautysheisgrace . Fat fasting this morning! I usually do this when I have an odd shift, I will only eat fat for breakfast and then listen to my body. Basically I eat when I’m hungry, which usually happens around 2-3pm, exactly when my shift ends😉 This mornings coffee is butter, MCT oil, cream and SF sweetener. What kind of fasting do you typically practice? My go-to is 16:8 but I’m so happy that keto allows me to be this flexible and still feel satisfied!
I attempted to make duck in the air fryer and had a few issues, but it came out better than expected. I have never made it before but next time I’ll try to get the skin crispier (that’s the best part!) and maybe add a keto-friendly glaze. Do you like duck?
