First video (Before Senior High School Season) 210lbs, 315 and 350 squat. 🔻2nd video (9 Months post shoulder surgery and first month of clearance) 201lbs, 255 squat for 3 reps. I plan to work as hard as I can to be back for the fall baseball season! It’s been a very long and hard 9 months of gaining back my strength, mobility, & weight; but adversity makes us stronger and it helps clear the road to greatness.💯 If you are in a hard spot right now, don’t stop, keep going and never give up! You’ll get through it. 🆙 I thank #1 God, my family, doctors, teammates, and friends for supporting me so much... Let’s go. 🚀🤫🙏🏼📞

Many kids think they are “athletes,” yet they don’t put in the actions of athletes. Brie trains hard when she’s in good health and when the game tries to take her out. Most kids would bail on training after taking a softball line drive to the ankle but she pushes forward. Don’t miss your opportunity. Life moves on whether you’re “ready” or not.
Do you want to be the best you can be as an athlete or even a person when your are old enough to have a job? One of the biggest downfalls of “success” is a habit you learn VERY early on in life. It’s called quitting. Maybe you dont like your team because someone is mean on it. No one cares, there’s many people in life you are going to HAVE to be around and work with. Think you will quit a job because you dont like your coworkers or boss? Not if you want that $$$. Maybe you dont like the line up on your team or plays your Coach calls? No one cares. You have to follow before leading. Suffering from PRIDE is something that can and will kill you. Quitting can and will destroy your success in sports and in life if you or your parents allow it in your life. *
Take @__kels__1 for example. She’s a travel softball player on second base. During practice an ADULT cracked a ball to her and out of the nature of the sport whacked her in the knee. She finished practice and still trained afterwards. Had she thought “maybe I shouldn’t workout today” that could have destroyed her chances of success. Too many people use injuries as crutches as to why they cant do something instead of why they should do something. We should all be more like Kels so we can achieve much more in sports and life.
