In love w these arrangements by Bella Flori, this team creates art out of flowers and has outdone themselves again! Thank you so much for helping me make my home even more beautiful and inviting. #flowers#fallarrangement#bellaflori#babyboy 💙
Me at my happiest; making a floral installation. Even though my nose was dripping, my eyes were tearing and my hands were freezing because it was sooooo cold. Swipe left and you’ll meet part 2 of team Stek, rarely photographed but equally as important. The technical brain behind most of my installations, the king in wrapping flowers for transportation and always cheering me on in the background.

Handmade by yours truly. Caught her in the morning light! 😍❤⚘⚘I'm working at my desk today with less distractions, which means you might get more photos. Lol Paradox much? Merry Christmas Eve.

Merry Christmas y'all. I just filmed this floral arrangement and how to make it on my You Tube channel! Complete with Christmas music and the smell of fresh pine and roses. It'll be up in the next day or two. 🌲🌲⚘⚘
First off, let me say that if you pay for IG follows or ever have, I'm not hating on that. Each business/brand gets to decide what's best for them. So this is only a post to educate and say what's best for me and why I've made the decisions I have. I never pay for Instagram follows. I won't lie and say I haven't considered it as a business growth strategy - I get offers almost daily - at the LEAST, weekly to do so. But it never felt right to me, and here's a few things you need to think about: 1) Paying for follows is like paying for a group of people you don't know to come talk to and sit with you in a restaurant. It's fun in the moment, but they'll come, sit, then leave and go back to their lives without ever thinking about you again. Social media is no different. I have deliberately chosen to not pay for someone to follow my page. I want to connect with people authentically and vice versa. 2) Paying for follows reflects negatively on your brand. i.e. if I go to a page that has "20k followers", yet you're getting 50 likes on photos, there's an immediate red flag to me. That's not even a feasible ratio, and I immediately question your motive for being in business in one fail swoop. Any page you see on Instagram should have about 10% or close to the follow #. i.e. if a brand/page has 1,000 followers, they should likewise have AROUND 100 likes or less on each photo respectively. Someone with 20k followers and only 50 likes on photos consistently is a BIG RED FLAG that that brand PAID for those follows they have. Or if they have 5 photos that mean absolutely nothing with no real substance and 20,000 followers, that's a huge big no for me! And a majority of those follows are either bogus accounts or a ton of people who aren't ACTUALLY interested in their content. Everyone exists for different reasons out here in social media land, but I want it be known that I want to genuinely follow accounts I love and vice versa. 😃 I think we all need to manage expectations and evaluate why we do what we do here. And if you do pay for follows, understand it's not a long-term growth strategy - it's short-term. Love you guys - be authentic in how you connect - even on social. 😉
A bit late in posting, but #thanksgiving#fallarrangement#flowers ...almost all gathered from around the property after buying some flowers from the grocery that just didn’t seem like fall at all once I got them home!
As this year draws to a close, I am getting excited about what next year will bring. This photo was taken by @allentsaiphoto and I can’t wait to work with this dear friend in Iceland next year! 🇮🇸Maybe we’ll finally see some snow! ❄️
