Tonight I attended the ICT4 - Indivisible Connecticut 4: An Evening of Action. The night was awesome because of the number of people, the issues they raised, and the opportunity to develop an understanding of the issues that are so important to Connecticut’s future. I was amazed at the number of people I already knew – and very happy to have so many people interested in my campaign. It was also great to have a moment to reconnect with Congressman @repjimhimes

Over the course of the past ten years, my path has shifted in ways I never could have anticipated. As I began to understand what true alignment was, I began to fall deeply in love with the rhythm of my life. Surrendering to the pull of your own tide is such an exhilarating experience - one that is the profound reward of *finally* getting it right and learning to trust the machinations of your own creativity. The beauty of the sea is that it is in constant flow and flux, and if you can develop the constitution, you can appreciate the same qualities as they appear in your life.
It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I will no longer be teaching a regular vinyasa class at @syj_yoga anymore. I will always be grateful to the group vinyasa teaching experience as it was the catalyst for All Of This, but as All Of This reveals itself, my attention has shifted from that and I no longer feel in integrity with what I offer as a group vinyasa teacher. As The Joint has been my home for well over a decade, I can best honor it and the amazing, soulful @donnajackson1221 with my honesty.
I was hoping to teach until the end of the month so I could properly say goodbye to all of you who have touched my heart for the past two years, but the lovely @mjkornfeldart will be taking my place beginning tonight. You are in such capable hands. I will be back in the studio in June to teach a Kundalini workshop (stay tuned for details) and to those of you that would like to find me outside SYJ, my Kundalini schedule is on my website and I am available for private yoga and Medicinal Wisdom sessions. AND @emilytullyyoga and I are offering a super unique and incredible retreat in Moab this June and you should totally come to that.
