If you know me, then you know I love elephants. I was helping my son with his report for India when I came across a site talking about the elephants value and symbolism in their country. .
"Elephants are a great reminder to stay strong but calm and keep the peace even though you know your own power. Having elephants in your home helps invite the good and protect against negativity."
I knew I loved elephants for a reason. If it's possible, I love them even more now.
Charity News! 🌿 As you may know it is the Love Brand mission to raise awareness and funding for vital projects from around the globe. It has been our ethos since day 1 and we are thrilled to be supporting projects that are so close to our hearts.
Going forwards we will be working with localised projects from many different countries, projects that support the survival of the most threatened species and their habitats from all corners of the world.
This year the first project we have chosen to champion has been put forward by the charity @elephantfamily - The ‘Dulu Project’ focuses on the Human-Elephant conflict (HEC) in India and it is a project all of us at Love Brand are passionate about.
We will be releasing more and more details about the Dulu Project and other upcoming projects via our social media channels and our website. So stay tuned for more updates and news on the projects as the year progresses.
The deep amber of an elephant's eye sits like a jewel encased within her massive grey face.
Elephant eyes are brilliantly adapted to their mixed diurnal & nocturnal lives. They see very well in the moonlit evenings on the African savannah and can certainly distinguish many different colors (all though not quite as many as us humans).
