-Push ups to warm up- until failure 3x
-5 bicep exercises - 4 sets of 12 reps each- drop set the last set of every exercise

Pullovers, One my my favourite exercises incorporated into my back routine.
There are many benefits to this movement including, stretching out and opening up the lats, chest & ribcage/ mid section. Increasing blood flow to the muscles and Feeling about 2 inches taller 😅
Stretching is something almost every bodybuilder/gym goer doesn’t do enough of, ‘the missing link’ if you will... —
Flexibilty comes with strength
Range of motion = (athletic/aesthetics) and better performance in the gym.
Increased blood flow = Recovery and growth.
Sounds like a whole lot of GAINS to me 💪🏼
🚨 4 Reasons why you MUST have a deload week 🚨
Deload weeks are a necessity and should be utilised in any proper training programme, they should be taken roughly every 6-12 weeks to ensure that none of the following problems occur. 👇
💥 Central Nervous System Crash - This is an underrated problem that not many people think of when it comes to their training, Your body can only handle so much volume and poundage until training starts becoming detrimental to your gains. Heres a few different symptoms that will let you know that your CNS is suffering. - Feeling tired 😴
- Decreased desire to train 👎
- Slow recovery ⏳
- Persistently fatigued 😩
- Low immune system ❌
💪🏼 Prevent Plateauing - You would be surprised how smart our bodys are, they can easily adapt and get used to a certain training stimulus over a short period of time causing them to plateau and stop growing. 😱
This is why you MUST let your body rest and repair before you switch up your training stretegy and methods to shock your muscles into new growth and CRUSH through plateaus. 💥
- 🏝 Mental Break To Relax - Your body and mind can become very drained from training, work and life in general. Take this time off from the intense training to evaluate your current physique and assess your strong and weak points to restructure your training plan to see what areas you need to focus on more to achieve your goals. 💪🏼
You must rest and repair mentally aswell as physically, so I recommend getting a solid 7-8 hours of sleep a night if you aren't already and after your deload week your motivation should be sky high. 💯
🏥 Injury Prevention - Over training is a common issue within the fitness industry, everyone has the mentality that 'more is better' but this is incorrect (I myself were guilty of this) 😂 Your joints, ligaments, muscles and bones can only withstand so much volume until they start causing issues internally, if you are experiencing things like aches, strains, tendinitis or muscular pain that's a good indication that you are either overtraining or not executing your form well enough on exercises. ❌
