Entering the world of natural skincare I find myself worrying about my environmental blueprint as a producer of consumer goods. From manufacturing materials to packaging and shipping, so much goes into creating a product. (Most of which ends up in a land fill or worse...ocean). I am doing my best to offset some of the negative environmental impacts of running a business and learning more and more about how to create products with consciousness and care toward mama 🌏 . . . . .
@candthemoon proudly ✨ uses glass instead of plastic with an easily removable label to encourage up-cycling ✨ ditches the extra box and lets the product stand alone ✨ ships with recycled paper instead of plastic ✨ uses purely organic oils. 〰️ It’s not a perfect model but I hope it further inspires us all to make small steps towards reliable and affordable sustainability!
Would love to hear from others who are on a similar mission. What works? How do you create consciously? 🎨 by Ed Ruscha ✨ xo @ccmeyer
Who got it right?! It is indeed the great #edruscha with his Parking Lots Series and you’ll see it at #redtalks2018 – His work has been subject of many retrospectives at top museums and was named in @time Magazine’s annual 100 most influential people in the world! @renniecollect
