I made syn free tacos using HeA and HeB. They were amazing!!! I toasted an HeB wrap in the oven to make the taco shell and cooked some lean meat(p) with onion(s), peppers(s) and mushrooms(s) adding 400ml of beef stock, 2 tbsp of tomato purรฉe and salt, pepper and other spices. I garnished with some speedy salad and HeA cheese. I knew it wouldnโ€™t be enough food so instead of having a second taco I used some left over rice mixed with soy sauce. Dressing: 1 part fresh lemon juice to 2 parts olive oil with a clove of chopped garlic and s+p.

Well Iโ€™m definitely making this again! I mixed up some spices I had in the kitchen to mimic jd seasonings chicken rub, baked the chicken in the oven so it was super juicy, crushed some boiled baby potatoes with salt and garlic and added some asparagus to the side fried in butter fry light. How to make: 1 pkg ground chicken (or can sub turkey), 1/2 cup chopped carrots, 1 small grated zucchini, 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and water squeezed out), 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 section shallot chopped, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, s+p and 1-2 tbsp olive oil. 
Mix everything together with your hands and put a meatball size into the cups of a greased muffin tin. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Healthy eating does not need to be boring, and I feel sad when people view eating well as a chore or a form of โ€˜dietโ€™. One of the top questions I get asked is what diet do I follow.
The truth is I donโ€™t follow a diet!
I donโ€™t count calories or macros or even weigh my food.
Totally appreciate this works for many but for me I shy away from more obsession with numbers.
I also donโ€™t have the spare time to be this particular.
I will plug my food into @myfitnesspal once every few months when my coach wants to check or if a change is needed to reach goals.
But generally I know what feels right for me. 
And my guesstimate is not far off when I check.

My diet is based on whole food. 
So fresh from the farm, 
is alive or was alive recently,
minimal cooking on veggies so as raw as possible, (stir fried or steamed only)
protein with every meal,
5-7 meals a day
Next to no processed, man-made pretend food in a box, packet, jar, can etc.
Gluten free
Sugar free
Alcohol free
I also donโ€™t use a microwave. I donโ€™t even own one.

Many called me obsessed..
I prefer passionate!!
But this diet is a MAJOR factor in my recovery from depression.
It also fuels my never ending energy,
My bikini bod,
My youthful, healthy skin
I never get sick
And I seriously feel amazing!!
Every single day!!!

I have this amount of veggies every night!!

For the last 2 weeks Iโ€™ve been to the gym once I have struggled with child care and Iโ€™ve been really ill myself so glad to be back to it though and even though it isnโ€™t my heaviest I managed to work myself up to 65kg on squats and 75kgs deadlifts. Tonight itโ€™s all about period-friendly & blood nourishing food.  I had no idea you should eat salmon when on your period (Iโ€™ve just never really cared about researching that until recently). Greens are too.  Aubergine is perfect for you early on in your new cycle.  I marinated the salmon , before pan-frying it, in turmeric, olive oil & ๐Ÿ‹ ~ served on a bed of veg, including baked tomatoes (great for the Mrโ€™s sperm) & wholewheat couscous. Tonight itโ€™s all about period-friendly & blood nourishing food. I had no idea you should eat salmon when on your period (Iโ€™ve just never really cared about researching that until recently). Greens are too. Aubergine is perfect for you early on in your new cycle. I marinated the salmon , before pan-frying it, in turmeric, olive oil & ๐Ÿ‹ ~ served on a bed of veg, including baked tomatoes (great for the Mrโ€™s sperm) & wholewheat couscous. Broccoli ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅฆ. Love it ๐Ÿ’– or hate it ๐Ÿคฎyou can't deny it's good ๐Ÿ’ซ for us. 
Personally I prefer it raw ๐Ÿฅฆor really lightly cooked , like here when I steamed it for a couple of minutes โŒš. I also use the stalks for juicing, if they haven't been eaten by myself ๐Ÿ‘ฉ or the rabbit ๐Ÿฐ. Sometimes I just cut off the ends of the florets & sprinkle them into soups ๐Ÿต or salads ๐Ÿฅ—, like green confetti ๐Ÿ€โ˜˜๏ธ๐Ÿ€. Actually, come to think of it, broccoli would make great biodegradable confetti ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ‘ฐ๐Ÿคต. I also think that lots of people hate broccoli because they have only eaten it really overcooked & mushy...GROSS ๐Ÿ˜. Has to be in a separate bowl for the 8 year old chap ๐Ÿง‘๐Ÿ’š. .

Dreaming of a lazy start today!  Yesterday morningโ€™s comfy bowl of carrot cake porridge.  Made with oats, grated carrot, over-ripe pineapple, 1 tsp maca root powder, 1 tsp flaxseed, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon & almond milk.  Topped with blueberries, pumpkin seeds, walnuts (selenium) & some yummy @pipandnut almond & coconut butter (currently my fav thing ever!). Cinnamon is a soothing anti-inflammatory tool for my period bloating & there is lots of blood & QI nourishing goodness in this bowl.  Quick & easy too! I wonโ€™t lie to myself - itโ€™s far too sweet for my taste buds & wine is dearly missed right now.  But.  I thought Iโ€™d try it this week, along with pineapple, turmeric & lots of abdominal massage. hot baths & a great avupuncture session, I have entered day 2 of my next cycle this morning ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™. I also put it down to my new supplements too ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป. After having had very scanty cycles, some topping 100 days over the past year, my cycle last month was 36.5 days.
