Enjoying the sunny day under the shade of my macadamia tree! Some freshly slice organic strawberries are a nice wholesome treat! DID YOU KNOW that Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K as well as providing a good dose of fibre, folic acid, manganese and potassium. They also contain significant amounts of phytonutrients and flavanoids which makes strawberries bright red, great antioxidants for the heart, blood and skin!

Here’s the deal:
1. Gather, shop, hunt for all things red, fruits, veggies, snacks.
2. Grab a big ass plate or board and load it on.
3. Get excited. Get your littles excited.
If you think they won’t eat anything, wrong. It’s up to you to make it sound fun by explaining it in an enthusiastic way. If they try it and spit it out. That’s AWESOME because they tried! Who’s in!?
