I love making it 👩🏼🍳looking at it 👀thinking about it 🧠and most importantly eating it😋. I hate hearing people say you can’t eat that it’s “bad” for you. ⛔️What are they the food police… but in hindsight yes some foods kind of have become un-un quote bad. More so our foods have become harmful to us not because of the actual food, but the ingredients were putting in them or on them.😧Some foods that we shouldn’t be consuming have even been deemed as health foods. 😒I am not saying that these foods will make you fat or destroy energy levels… OH but they WILL!! 🤭But these foods contribute to the harsh problematic health problems this world is facing like cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, brain damage, autoimmune diseases and more 😥
👉🏼👉🏼If you’re trying to upgrade your life here is a list of foods you should try to ⛔️AVOID⛔️
🚫Soy- 60-80% of processed food products.
🚫Vegetable oils- first off vegetables don’t make oil so this is usually coming from soy or canola oil (genetically modified) and are polyunsaturated.
⭐️Replace with saturated oils- coconut oil, real butter
🚫Processed Meats from low quality sources- (bologna, deli meats, hot dogs)
🚫Conventional Peanut butter-made with hydrogenated oils, and peanuts aren’t even nuts they are in the bean family.
⭐️Switch to almond, sunflower, cashew type butters.
🚫Whole Wheat and grain breads
🚫Corn fed beef- corn is not a cow’s natural food source.
⭐️Substitute: Grass-fed beef🐮
🚫Pasteurized homogenized diary from low quality sources-🥛
⭐️Substitute: Almond milk, cashew milk, hemp milk (get unsweetened)
🚫Artificial (Not natural) sweeteners
⭐️Use Honey, stevia, maple syrup
WOW CRAZY! So should I eat⁉️Eat more foods that have life force in it to enhance your vitality, not ones that just have a lot of preservatives. 🌟AKA EAT REAL FOODS🌟 I’m not perfect when it comes to avoiding these foods, but I am working on it. I do avoid them as best as I can only making these foods a small percentage of my reality and not my full reality.

Spinach artichoke mac n cheese 🤤 made with goat cheese & Banza chickpea rotini 🌿🧀⠀
It may sound weird (ok maybe it is 🤷🏻♀️) but it’s creamy AF and super tasty!⠀
Cook a box of Banza; strain and then in pan mix pasta, a few handfuls spinach, ~ 3 oz Trader Joe’s goat cheese, 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk and ~1/2 cup artichoke (I used the marinated hearts from TJoes); stir on low heat until warm & creamy 🙌🏼
