My favourite photo from summer (I guess that’s why it’s my profile pic!)🙌🏻☀️ I mean the sky is blue and the ocean is stunning, but I mostly like it because it reminds me how much I love going swimming in the ocean all the time over summer 🏊♀️- it’s been way too cold down the bottom of South Australia to go swimming lately ❄️⛄️ 🇦🇺 What’s your favourite season? Let me know down below! ❤️☀️🌿🌈🌏💜

1 Cup Micro Greens⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 Cup Sliced Sweet Peppers⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
15 Cherry Tomatoes (halved)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Honey Mustard Dressing⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Combine all dressing ingredients in shaker or jar with lid. Shake until mixture is completely blended.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Toss salad in dressing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Recipe Notes *My preferred method: Preheat oven to 450ºF. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, salt and pepper then transfer to a roasting dish. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until 165ºF internal temperature. (time will vary depending on thickness of chicken) Let cool then slice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add-Ins: Bacon, Onion, Celery, Cabbage, etc. **This recipe makes enough to dress this salad. For extra dressing or if you prefer heavy dressing, double recipe.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We live in a world that continuously gives, nourishes and supports us in every way. Here’s a delicious reminder to celebrate life on Earth as we know it from the awesome @greenhousejuice.🌎 Let’s do the same for our planet by being more mindful of our choices from the supplies we use, food we consume, people we support. It’s the least we can do to help sustain our planet.💖
Tellement meilleur que ceux de grandes surfaces!
ENG 🇬🇧 Why would you buy your granola from the grocery store (packed with tons of sugar, oils and nasty preservatives) when it is so easy to make some? 😋
I like to have mine for breakfast with fresh fruits and almond milk, as an afternoon snack with some plant based yogurt or on top of my smoothies 🍌🍓🥝
This time, I used some unsweetened apple sauce and 2 tbsp of maple syrup to make it sweet. Add some cinnamon, vanilla extract, tons of nuts et seeds. Place it in the oven and be patient 😉
Super healthy, super easy and always better when it’s homemade!

Guesssssss who just found a whole lotta Blueberry Mango Cheezecake chilling (literally) in her freezer?! (!!) I DID EHEHHEHEHE what an excellent way to conclude a Monday *does happy dance* 💃🏼🎉🤸🏼♀️ You can find yourself a version of this recipe (vegan white chocolate instead of mango - arguably a very good improvement though mango is also good and I intend it no disrespect) on my blog under the ‘desserts’ tab. You can check it out through the link in my bio. Meanwhile I shall return to eating my heart out on the pictured cheezecake. Like I said, it’s been a significantly above-par Monday evening. 🤤💁🏼♀️
first lunch at home in weeks omg HAHAHAH legit feels damn good man
was rlyy good hehe charred broccoli is my new obsession i think :p (also contained tofu, corn, potatoes & lettuce tho for anyone who cares lol)
I’ve always been a great believer in listening to the nudges that come from the Universe. When something comes at me seemingly out of the blue and repeatedly in a short space of time, I pay attention!
This last week I’ve seen more than three super interesting Instagram posts on water fasting, and then ended up in a big conversation about it randomly whilst out yesterday. So, today after 4 days of raw and juice fasting, I’m taking the plunge and doing 24 hours (to start with) of water only. The only other time I’ve tried this was a full 3 days whilst on a 3 day #visionquest 2 years ago, it wasn’t easy! *
Back then, by the end of day two some parts of my body really ached. Old stories stored in my body were coming up to be healed for sure.
Ketosis starts to happen when we repeatedly fast. Cells get activated in different ways, and REAL change starts to happen.
I know I use food as a distraction big time so I’m curious to see how this goes and what it brings up. Keep watching for updates! Happy Monday everyone - stay beautiful 🕉🧘♂️🙏☀️🌱

I don't know anymore how to convince people of the importance of taking care of our planet. I often get overwhelmed by the effects of climate change and the recklessness of humankind. Our actions have consequences and we are witnessing these consequences every day.
Make the change, it is SO simple to make a difference. Stop using plastic bags and drinking out of plastic bottles for one. No more plastic straws. Cut out on meat and prioritise local, sustainable foods. Your body will also thank you. If you need any more convincing, get out in the mountains or forest and witness for yourself the beauty of our world. If that doesn't make you care enough to give up some of your comfort, nothing will. Make every day #earthday 🌎
After a super busy week living out of lunchboxes, I'm so happy to be back in my kitchen! First thing I fancied making is cacao granola. Here's the recipe: mix 4 handfuls of oats with 2 handfuls of crushed almonds and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds on a baking tray. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and then add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Add the liquid mix on the oats and mix it all together. Spread the mix and put it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, giving it a good stir from time to time. Get it out of the oven, let it cool down, and enjoy! •

It’s finally, almost, nearly cool enough to start wearing cosy knits again! I am a mountain girl at heart and always love the cooler days (not that there are many on the Gold Coast) where I get to don some of my favourite knitwear and cuddle a hot mug of chai ⛰ ☕️ #autumn#waytooexcited#bringonthecold
