I struggle at eating veggies. Like, seriously suck at it. I don’t like most of them. Trying to work on getting 4 servings in a day and it’s HARD.
I have LOVED these zucchini pizzas. Slice up a zucchini. Slap on a little Pizza sauce. Add some mozzarella and bake at 425 for 10ish minutes. Add some red pepper and inhale.

The month of April has been a dairy-free month for me, but I am still enjoying my yogurt bowl with @kitehillfoods dairy-free yogurt 💛
I have been on and off with dairy, but lately I was having heartburn, inflammation in my belly and was feeling more bloated. Because of my Crohn’s/ colitis, my diet has never been overloaded with dairy products, but lately I wasn’t being as mindful when I was having them. Overtime this gradually started effecting me. After listening to my body and realizing how much it was bothering me, I decided to take it out for the month. The inflammation has gone down, I haven’t had any heartburn and I have had so much more energy!
