- 30g d’allumette de jambon (33cal) .
Petite tartine de :
- 1 tranche de pain d’épeautre (89cal) 🍞
- 1/2 tranche de blanc de poulet (24cal)
- Une tranche de maasdam (96cal) 🧀
- Un œuf épicé au curry (90cal) 🍳

Summer sunshine with some good ole fruits and nuts! I’ve been eating so much fruits and overnight muesli like man, I’m in heaven right now. For lunch, I have grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries, & pineapple—topped off with sliced almonds, goji berries, & cacao nibs.

Eat more FOOD:
F-fruits and veggies
O-organic lean protein
O-omega-3 fatty acids
D-drink water!

Do these things and you're well on your way. -if you can't read the ingredients because they've added chemicals that are 25 letters long, you probably shouldn't put that shit in your body. -if it can last on a shelf for ten years in case of a nuclear holocaust, it's probably not great for you. . .
