Thanks to my week-long binge after zero carb week, I managed to put all 1.6kg back on 👎🏻Thankfully this week I shook 800g of that weight! 🎉 I’m still up 800g but that’s ok! I feel great today and I’m definitely heading back in the direction of my goal weight 🙌🏻

Hey keto fam I actually made breakfast. 👐 I usually fast and eat my first meal around 2pm but had to change things up because tonight I'm heading to the movies with my mama to finally see Infinity War. 😁
Two egg scramble with a serving of pancetta, 5 mushrooms, a TBS of Kerrygold butter topped with a dollop of Daisy and some chives. Also having a mocha english toffee bpc. ☕
