Yesterday was amazing.1741 total as a 198 junior. Finished the day with a 700 lb squat. 435 lb bench on my third attempt...should have went 10-15 lbs heavier. And a 606 deadlift. Missed my third at 633. Weighed in at 197.5 lbs. I had the most fun I've ever had competing yesterday. This horse food is steel cut oats with peanut butter & flax seed. I washed the oatmeal out once to cut it's naturally occurring sugars down. It may look bad but it sure tastes good AF. -
One thing I love about weekend mornings is that I can run in the street! 😂 I can go out later and not have to worry about dodging traffic. Knocked out eight easy miles before church this morning. I was aiming for more but I hit a wall around mile seven so I just went on home. Miles are miles so I'm still happy! 🙌

Sometimes sticking with it is just so hard.
I don’t want to get up at 4 am. I would rather stay cuddled in bed.
I don’t want to do this workout, it’s a really hard one and I am just not in the mood.
I don’t want to eat this meal I want to eat this box of donuts.
But then I think of these 3. I love them more than anything and I want to fully enjoy my life with them. I want to have tons of energy to keep up with my littlest. I want to have the ability to let my oldest teach me her gymnastics skills. I want to be healthy and feel great about myself and keep my husband healthy too.
That is why I stick with it.

I have an amazing group of women who show up for me each day so I can be the best me each day.
