Focusing on the tempo and time under tension can make a good exercise that much better. And modifying an exercise to focus more on a certain point of tension will bring it to another level!
Here I’m doing a Hex Bar Romanian Deadlift. The deficit or box will give more range by not allowing the plates to touch the floor.
By doing this i can stretch my hamstrings that much further. Throw a 2 second pause at the bottom of each rep to keep momentum from your lower back out of the picture your good to go!
