Für 9 Stück:
🍳9 Muffinförmchen, am besten Silikon 🍳1-1 1/2 Avocados
🍳9 Eier 🍳Gewürze nach Lust und Laune (ich hatte ein Tomatenmozzarellagewürz, Pfeffer, gemahlenen Rosmarin und frisches Basilikum)
Zuerst die 🥑Avocado in kleine Stücke schneiden und in den Boden der Förmchen geben. Dann würzen und pro Förmchen ein 🥚Ei dazu geben. Wieder ein paar Gewürze drauf und dann bei 180 Grad für 10-20 Minuten in den Ofen, je nachdem wie fest sie werden sollen. 
Mit Basilikum toppen und fertig💁🏼‍♀️

🥫 1 can chickpeas (~265g drained)
🥫 1 tbsp olive oil
🥫 spices for taste (I used chili, red pepper, and tomato-flakes)

👉🏻 Preheat oven to 180°C/375°F.
👉🏻 Drain and wash the chickpeas and mix them well with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl.
👉🏻 Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas on it.
👉🏻 Bake for 25-30 minutes until they get nicely crunchy - better shake the chickpeas while baking after 10-15 minutes so they don't get burned.

Crispy Garlic Ranch Roasted Potatoes 🥔SO STINKIN GOOD!!! 2nd time this week!!! .
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. small red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 Tbsp. ghee, melted (or butter)
2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried parsley or chives
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl mix together the ghee, dill, parsley or chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Lay potato slices evenly over 9x13 baking sheet. Brush the tops of the potatoes with the seasoned ghee, flip, and repeat. Top with a sprinkle of additional sea salt. Bake for 30-35 minutes until potatoes reach desired degree of crispiness. Bottoms should be nice and golden brown and crisp. Flip potatoes and broil for 5-10 minutes. Top with kosher salt. We dipped ours in Boathouse Farms Classic Yogurt Ranch Dressing. 👌🏼
