As promised, here is the chicken n rice I make in the instant pot. This is one of the most delicious and easiest recipes you guys. You literally put everything in at once and push a  button, it’s that easy! And it’s family approved👍🏻 Ingredients: *1-2 pounds of chicken breasts
*3 1/2 cups of chicken broth (just make sure you have enough to cover your rice) *1-2 cups of uncooked brown rice (I put more or less depending on how much chicken I have) *2 tbs of butter or olive oil
*2 tbs of soy sauce (I use liquid aminos as it’s less salty) *salt and pepper to taste
*optional- frozen veggies- 1 cup , either broccoli, peas and carrots or mushrooms

Instructions:

Take your ingredients and put them in the instant pot. The chicken will be uncooked and if you choose to add veggies, they will be frozen. Now if you don’t want your veggies mushy, add them once the rest is cooked. Just put on sauté or keep warm setting and cook until you reach desired texture. (Just a quick tip- As I am getting my ingredients ready, I put the chicken broth in the pot and push “saute” and that helps heat things up so the time to come to pressure is less.) Cook on manual high pressure for 25 minutes and then let it naturally release.

Pretty sure is Sunday morning in Australia so a breakfast pic is ok 🙃Actually that's always ok haha 
Today I had oats for lunch and I'm not mad ☺️ been loving savory breakfasts lately. Also, been trying to eat more healthy fats and less carbs. I'm just doing what my body tells me to do and that's what I've missed for the last two years 😕 I used to think listening to my body was a sign of weakness. If I felt shaky or tired during a workout, I would push myself to the point I wanted to throw up :/ If I wanted to have something not healthy or even healthy but high in fat, I wouldn't have touched it. 
I'm learning a lot and I'm happy with my progress 💜 have a lovely day 🌱✨

Mi "dieta" ha estado cambiando últimamente y puedo decir que me gusta. He estado comiendo muchas más grasas buenas y menos carbohidratos 😅 no lo he hecho con plan de que pase pero es lo que mi cuerpo quiere en este momento 🤔 esa habilidad natural de escuchar a nuestro cuerpo es un privilegio y yo lo había perdido😔 Ahora estoy más feliz con lo que como y lo que hago que está volviendo a mí 🌱Feliz día y bonita última semana de abril!!

It is soooo difficult for me to find that product, a store will get it then drop it a year later but I found it at Lucky's, hoping they hold on to it because it's been a favorite of mine since I tried it 8 years ago.

For now, All Recipes’ Good Old Fashioned Pancakes (with blueberries added😋) really hit the spot. This is a very simple recipe that only required me to pick up some baking powder to add to the basics in my cupboard. Doesn’t beat my Martha Stewart favorite, but easy when you haven’t even purchased vanilla yet! I was also happy to use my unopened, Canadian maple syrup that I purchased in London, just to bring back to NY. Almost full circle? #dinner

Tried #glutafin fibre fussilli tonight with my spag bol, have tried Juvellas fibre fussilli before and liked it, I would need to eat them side to tell a difference to be honest! Both tasty, perhaps this one not quite as much but I did over cook it and maybe didn't add enough salt to the pasta 🤷 8/10 👍

BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potatoes with melted cheese on top and drizzled with ranch. Easy and So many renditions of this can be done! Chicken&peppers, buffalo chicken .. was trying to tend to the 5 year old pallete in the home with this one 😏

Don’t have the energy to prepare resort-style breakfasts in the morning? End up having toast and vegemite and then needing a double shot just to keep you from needing a lie down?

There is nothing in the nutrition rule books that you have to eat something different every day. So find a meal for brekky that has a palm sized serving of protein (like eggs or yoghurt), a thumb sized (or more if you're reducing your carb intake) serving of fat (like olive oil, nuts or avocado), at least a cup of phyto nutrients (like sweet potato, berries or greens) and eat it many times in one week. Something you know for sure is going to set you up well for the rest of the day. 
For me, at the moment I am choosing between a milky type of smoothie (usually with yoghurt, some sort of veg, seeds and whey protein) or a chia pudding with yoghurt and fruit. That's it.

🥑5-Ingredient Avocado Caesar Wrap🥑 Which includes: Avocado, bibb or other lettuce, vegan Caesar dressing, canned garbanzo  beans, and your tortilla of choice! Optional: chopped cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot or chopped apple. The wraps pictured were purchased on a whim, but we normally prefer Ezekiel sprouted wraps, (which can be found at Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.) *
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix together chopped lettuce and a drizzle of dressing. Set aside.
2️⃣ Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. 
3️⃣ Pile dressed lettuce, beans, chopped avocado, and any other toppings in the center of your tortilla or wrap.

It's getting warmer and warmer here in Spain so I'm starting to crave smoothies😄🌞. To make this smoothie bowl I blended 4 frozen bananas 🍌 and some blueberries. Then I topped it with more blueberries, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, raspberries, pumpkin seeds, some chia seeds and almond butter.

Sweet potato toast time! 🍠🍞(SWIPE RIGHT FOR WALKTROUGH ➡️) After failing to do it properly a long time ago, I thought I'd give this one another go tonight and it worked out much better! Using a sandwich press (yep, you heard me!) to make the sweet potato toasts in 10mins, all I had to do was add my favourite toppings for a quick, simple and nutritious spring dinner⌚ I added a basic guacamole and scrambled eggs/mushrooms/tomatoes/onion to mine, but the great thing about these is that you can add whatever you like - sweet or savoury! 😋

All you need to do is... Slice a sweet potato lengthways into 3-4 pieces, each around 1cm thick
Place the slices in the toaster or on a sandwich grill and cook until soft and coloured on the outside
Prepare the toppings 🍳🍅🍄
Serve up and enjoy!

It's so basic, but so satisfying! Cheap, quick, delicious!

Easy breezy creamy fettuccine. Literally took me 15 minutes to make this. For the sauce I used 3 dollops mascarpone, 1 clove garlic, dollop of butter, spinach, mushrooms, parsley, 1/2 chicken stuck cube and leftover grilled chicken. Add some Parmesan if you have it. Season with a bit of paprika, salt and pepper et voila! Serve with your favourite pasta. 😁 #studentfoodie #EZ
