Here’s a few AB EXERCISES for you to give a go. It’s good to hear feed back so give me a message on any tips on techniques. Otherwise have fun and work hard😈💪🏼🤓 Ex 1- pull up with leg raise over barbell
Ex 2- static leg raise over foam roller
Ex 3- leg raises superset with resistance band leg raises to increase the difficulty
Ex 4- leg raises with me ball ( I had a bit of fun with this one as hadn’t had a ball between my feet in a few years ) ⚽️ the isometric contraction of the med ball will increase the abdominal contraction.
Tip! Have tight hip flexors ? 🙋🏼♂️ Try not to do any leg raises after leg day as if you suffer from tight hip flexors then this will increase the tighteness/ muscular fatigue
