Tonight is the College Dunk Contest on ESPN 2! 7 years ago I was fortunate enough to be the original “Dark Horse” dunker. I owe most of that to my friends and all the people that shared the YouTube video. It’s so cool that something we all started 7 years ago, still gives the opportunity for a small school athlete to compete and represent his school today. I think you all know who I’ll be rooting for tonight!

Life is hard enough without adding the additional junk of fear, bitterness, hate and all negativity.
You see eh, junks, whether physical, emotional or psychological, are terrible burdens.
They take up space that are better used to store meaningful things and clog up our airways.
No wonder there is no flow of ideas, insight or inspiration.
Who would you rather be: a white washed tomb full of dead men's bones,
Or a sweet smelling fragrance of grace, hope and glory?
Un-junk, de-junk, whatever, just get rid of the junk.

We surely have faced lots of challenges along the way from the LDT to the local immersion to uplift the nutrition problem in DRT Bulacan in our own simple way but to be honest (hehe) I am really proud of us.
