Daily water prep 💦 if I don’t think about it and plan then I’m a bit pants with drinking enough water. So for the last month I’ve been filling up my @thegymkeg each night with cold filtered water and then fill both my @camelbak bottles in the morning ready for the day - I drink the 500mls or so that’s left in the gymkeg first thing in the morning and the camelbaks throughout the day. This is ideal because it’s lovely and at room temperature.... I hate cold water for some reason 🤔
So I’ve been smashing the 2 litres everyday since I’ve cracked my little routine 👍🏼I have a few teas on top of that but I’m happy I’m finally getting 2ltrs of water a day. Im sure that once the weather gets hotter I’ll be upping my quantities ... perhaps it’s time I treat myself to some more @camelbak bottles - after all you can never have too many!! 😍💦❤️

We need water to SURVIVE. Our bodies are about 60% water! .
ROLES & BENEFITS OF WATER.
✅transports things to & from cells.
✅flushes important filtering organs like kidneys & liver.
✅lubricates joints & eyes.
✅aids in digestion.
✅promotes fullness, helping control calorie intake.
✅regulates body temperature.
✅great for skin health
✅helps maintain proper fluid balance in the body.

It’s important to stay hydrated to limit the possible side effects of dehydration. Headaches, lightheadedness, and fatigue are signs of dehydration.  Drink fluids and eat food that contain high water levels.  If you exercise and sweat a lot, you will need to drink more.  If you experience diarrhea or vomiting due to illness, increase your water intake. .
Easy way to manage your intake:
✅Fill a container like this (found at Costco). ✅Set a non negotiable of how many times you will refill the container.
✅Keep the container at your desk and take it everywhere! .
How much should you drink per day? 
Easy formula, body weight ➗ by 2 =ounces (oz)
Example: my body weight is 124 ➗2
=62 oz.
Each contigo container is 24 oz. I need to fill this at least 2.5 times.

Usually it's coffee, or some sugar loaded carb - you know, quick pick me up (and even faster let me down)  Instead of reaching for that 2nd or third cup of coffee, or that delicious piece of leftover cake sitting in the office break room, why don't you try going and getting some fresh air or grab a nice cold glass of water? If you are able, take a brisk walk, or squeeze in a couple of good body squats. These things can be great alternatives and will leaving you feeling better in the long run.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

About a year and a half ago all I drank was pop, I had a glass of water maybe 3 times a month and noticed my skin was always breaking out and I felt so sluggish☹️ but over that last year I started drinking water everyday all day and I’ve noticed my skin is clearer, my hair feels and looks better and I have a lot more energy and I just felt so much better all around, water is very important and the average person should drink 64oz of water a day, believe me water is my best friend and everyone should start drinking a lot more water 💧💦

If you’re not normally a big coffee drinker, you might not even notice the results of cutting back on your consumption this week.  But if coffee IS one of your go-to’s….chances are that cutting back is going to leave you feeling tired, sluggish, and maybe even a little moody. 
To help combat those symptoms, gradually wean off the coffee over the course of the week.  Take naps when you can, drink a LOT of water, and get some fresh air to wake you up :-)

Ok so I have a problem. I know that getting enough water is an important part to our health and wellness. I know my water intake of about 32 oz on average is no where near where it needs to be. The only thing else I'm drinking is my shake in the morning. Other than that it's water, problem is I just don't drink alot. What are your suggestions on how I can get my fluid uptake in? Any ideas?

I really don’t post progress pictures as much as I should because to be honest I forget to take them 😂 but this is where I’m currently sitting with my physique-after having an incredibly bumpy start to 2018 I have finally gotten back into my training groove and am seeing steady gains (up about 4 pounds over the last 2.5 weeks). Will be looking to pack on another 10 pounds of #qualitygainz by the end of the year which is beyond achievable so let’s see if I can blow that out of the water!
