Looking forward to each new day and opportunity. Isn’t that part of the excitement of life? We get so many choices everyday. No looking back. I said yes to an unexpected opportunity that is no doubt a great decision. I keep learning and train others for success to be happy and healthy. Living my passion and purpose. Who wouldn’t want to live like that?
Love what you do and you’ll never have to work a day in your life ✨ obsessed with bettering myself and others, absolutely love that I can offer an opportunity to people that will change EVERYTHING like it has for me 🙏🏼 if you’re curious about what I do, I’m on emails all afternoon! 💌 firstname.lastname@example.org
From fear to love.....
When we experience great loss, the universe shifts. Perception changes.
There is the before and there is the after.
It’s a time when the most confident become vulnerable.
Beliefs are shattered and life is filled with debilitating cracks.
Fear finds a way to fill those cracks.
It patches us up hastily with anger, guilt, despair, uncertainty, doubt, apprehension, worry and angst.
We are left shattered and afraid.
Afraid to love again, to open our hearts, to trust and perhaps afraid to believe.
This is where we must begin.
Here, where fear is the deepest.
When our hearts feel weak and unsure.
When our spirits are tired and sorrowful.
From this place of complete despair we must choose love.
For today, that’s all we need to do.
That is enough.
We are enough.
And our spirit smiles.
Because in choosing, we have ignited a power inside of us that will gently light the way for us in the minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years ahead ...the way toward true healing.
Love is that power.
And we will be alright.
Maybe this is a little dramatic, but if there was one thing you could to today that would set a course for major change in your life, what would it be? For me, it would be to get more active and exercise more. I signed up for a 5K in June. Even though I only have about 4 weeks to train, I decided it was time to stop putting off this goal. Will I be the fastest? Not a snowball’s chance in hell! But am I going to do my best? You bet I am!

"Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will."
WILL POWER! Having the will to power through situations in your life and make it happen each day takes true strength. Far more than what our physical capacities are! Strength truly does come from the indomitable will to succeed in what we set out for! Our WILL power is what drives us to strive towards bettering ourselves and doing what we love to do each and everyday! The tasks we perform takes a strong sense of will to perform, the daily tasks and when we add daily stress to the mix, it takes even great will power to power through it! But we still make it through our days and each and everyday we must remember that it is a blessing to be here in today, to do what we are doing and focus on the positive outcome of what the possibilities of our days will be! The more you put into your life, the more you will get out! Vise versa, the harder you work towards your goals, the more satisfying it will be to accomplish them! So just remember at the end of the day, Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will!
As always THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time out of your precious day and reading this!
HAVE A WILL POWER WEDNESDAY!!!

Good luck to all the #students @lancasteruni taking exams Top tips from uni_southampton. COPING WITH EXAM CONDITIONS
1. EAT WELL - even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat a healthy meal before an exam 2. TRUST YOURSELF - try to avoid discussing the course and content before and after the exam. Your course mates comments may make you more nervous or confused. Trust your knowledge and your revision, focus on your work. 3. GET ORGANISED - arrive at the exam venue in good time and make sure you have all the equipment you need. 4. MAKE YOURSELF COMFORTABLE - wear suitable and comfortable clothes 5. CALM YOUR NERVES - it's normal to get nervous before an exam. Try not to panic, take deep breaths, sit down and drink some water. Remember to focus on doing your best. 6. TAKE NOTE OF INSTRUCTIONS - make sure you read the instructions very carefully before you begin to make sure you understand them and know what is expected of you. Look through the questions, assess how much time you can spend on them, and allow a few minutes at the end of the exam to read through your paper and check your answers. Make sure you haven't missed any questions on the back of the exam paper- this is a common mistake. 7. READ THE QUESTION - make sure you read the questions carefully and be aware of how many questions, you have to answer and how many marks are allocated to each. 8. BE PREPARED - if you are asked to answer essay - style questions, spend some time jotting down ideas and a brief plan to help you use your writing time effectively. #GOODLUCK#lancaster#lancasteruniversity#exams#exam#doyourbest#students#student#lovelancaster
Good morning everyone. One good thing about having to get up before the sun, is you get to see it rise. And you can help but feel like hes saying good morning when the sunrise is a s beautify as this morning. Makes you want to #doyourbest
