Tips for beginners: while learning Downward 🐶dog, most of us find it very difficult to avoid placing all our body wait away from our shoulders and wrists and the concept of lengthening your spine sounds far away from familiar...Therefore, an easy and accessible way of learning little by little the good feeling of keeping the shoulders away from your ears and lengthening your spine is by standing by your kitchen counter and then start moving backwards until you feel that your spine is super flat, extending those arms and not tighten your shoulders, nor locking your elbows. If you know that you suffer from tight hamstrings, then bend your knees and that would leverage the extension of your lower back too. Try to practice this at your own flow (inhale/exhale). If you suffer from weak wrists or you can’t practice Downward 🐶 dog because you can’t lay on the floor, this practice will really make the trick 😁🧘♀️#yogatraining#yoga#yogateacher#downwarddog#downwardfacingdog

It’s a real shame that the personal care industry constantly puts GUNK as the main ingredient in your personal care products and then has the audacity to put something natural - like Argan oil - on the front of the label! When you look at the back... it’ll be one of the last ingredients in their ingredients list (they have to list these ingredients in order of highest concentration) meaning that there is x y z sulphate, paraben and mineral oil (to name just a few) before you get like 1% Argan oil. Why the funk is there even a mention of Argan oil... GTFO of here L’Oréal & Co - @nogunkofficial is calling you out!!!
