Drink more water - “I know, I know” you say. But we just aren’t doing it.
With the weather getting colder it’s easy to forget to drink. I’m mean wants to drink water when it’s freezing cold out? And I’ve seen a few clients this week whose water intake has dropped off. And they’re paying for it. They’re feeling crappy. So here why we need it :
1. We die with out it - we can go without food far longer that we can go without water.
2. Prevents headaches. Our brains is made up of 75% water so if it becomes dehydrated it shrinks, then It hurts and you can’t think straight
3. You’re less cranky. You can become confused and grumpy when you don’t drink enough.
4. Your body performs better - muscles that are dehydrated become weak and fatigued.
5. It can help you lose weight. A lot of the time when we think we’re hungry, we’re actually thirsty. Have some water first when your hungry, especially if it hasn’t been all that long since you ate last.
6. Less joint pain - again dehydrated joints and cartridge will cause pain
7. Great glowing skin. Who doesn’t want that 😜
8. Clears out all the toxins and bacteria from our body.
So many reasons to make sure your drinking enough. 2 liters per day is great.

☀️ We all have a slight obsession with sunshine! ☀️ Hours, days and weeks of sun all concentrate down into a single Lime, waiting to release an explosion of flavour into a cocktail! I recently saw a tutorial for this garnish and knew it was perfect to try. I don’t think I’ve made a true Margarita yet on here and I wanted to give a shout-out to the Queen of Margaritas, @the_margarita_mum! If you haven’t seen her cocktails yet, you really should! So please enjoy your brief spot in ‘The Limelight’:
~ 30ml Patrón Citrónge
~ 20ml Cointreau ~ 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
~ 25ml Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients with Cubed Ice until Ice Cold. Strain into Coupe Glass. Garnish with Lime Sun 🌞 .

One of the most important side effect of drinking enough water is your thirst control. When we are dehydrated, it is very easy to confuse thirst with hunger.
So instead of drinking a nice large glass of refreshing water when be need it, we run to the store for junk food.
This is why the morning cup of water and the many cup throughout the day with meal and snack help to regulate your hunger and keep us from turning to food when we just need a few gulps of good H20!
We sure to increase water intake at every meal and with snack to help better satiate the body, improve swallowing and mouth hygiene and improve the digestion of the food your are eating.
Another thing to remember with water consumption is to drink actual water and not juices,sodas,coffee,and teas.
Sure,those things to hydrate too but nothing should ever replace water all by itself. Many of the things we drink are dietetics which means they make us lose water faster.
Drink 6 to 12 bottle of per day.

Five tips to prevent a hangover.
It's the holiday and before hitting those parties, hang on just a hot second for a quick read!
Take these preventive steps before hitting parties, so you wake up on the right side of the bed and not in the toilet.
Eat a healthy meal prior to going out. Make sure it has both healthy fat and fiber to delay transit time in the digestive system. By having both fiber and fat, like avocado and nuts, it will stay in the stomach longer and will keep you from getting completely smashed, which can happen on an empty stomach.
Rotate with a huge glass of water between each drink. This will slow patients down and keep at bay the dehydrating effects of alcohol.
Stay away dark colored alcohol like whiskey and red wine. Instead stick with light colored alcohols like vodka, white wine, and gin because they contain fewer chemicals called congeners, which can leave you with a splitting headache.
Avoid add-ins like sour mix, which pack in preservatives that can make a hangover even worse and spike your blood glucose, then send it crashing leading you to crave more alcohol.
Do not mix diet drinks and energy drinks and alcohol. Sugar substitutes and caffeine may speed the absorption of alcohol into the bloodstream.
👉If you have over indulged, when you return home ,try to drink some coconut water or hydration tablets in water that will replace electrolytes depleted by alcohol. and will help prevent dehydration from alcohol.
